Had an initial consultation and my first adjustment this week. Dr. B listened to my needs and health history and explained his chiropractic philosophy and practice. He is from a sports background, and though I’m not an athlete I appreciate that perspective. His studio is clean, modern, artistic, with lots of white space, natural wood, chalk boards with encouraging reminders, a children’s corner with toys, a few reading/meeting nooks, and I appreciated the washable fabric head rests(instead of the typical clinical crunchy tissue paper) during my session. Anyone who appreciates art and aesthetic will feel at home here. His approach was hands on traditional spinal manipulation. He starts by gently engaging the muscles through pressure points and light tissue work. Once he assesses where the body is holding tension or off balance he begins work on the spine. I’ve seen countless chiropractors and I really like his clean and thorough method. I walked out of the studio feeling aligned and much better. His pricing is affordable and he offers discounted package deals to suit your health needs.
