Sandra is very rude. We visited this salon on Wednesday. I won’t be going back.

Once again, Tommy listened to me and gave me the exact cut I wanted. I am so pleased!

Hubs stopped in for a clean up/​trim. He said it was Ok. Just Ok, He said the stylist must’ve been bored out of her mind.
a. the «OPEN» sign was off
b. she talked way too much
c. she was way to happy to have a customer

If they switch to dog grooming they will be more successful.
If you want to waste 14 $ and have a messy haircut this is the right place.
Ran by Rude Asian couple who can barely speak English or cut hair.
Please run away from this place !!!

Stopping here was a big mistake. The only reason I stopped here is because my usual spot is closed on Sundays. The guy here was really rude (Asian gentleman), he asked what haircut I wanted and I told him and he said that that wouldn’t be a good look for me, but it’s the style I’ve always gotten so I said to continue with how I wanted it (simple taper fade and just trim the top) When he finish he just dried it and said «all done», asked him don’t you run a comb through my hair? (I mean I want to see that it looks right when it’s combed) and he very rudely said no that they charge to style it. So I left the salon with my hair all messed up. I loved this chain back in Houston, but here in the dfw it was a disappointment. I will never come back here.
