I wanted to give a minus. My father had a pre need which was paid for. The communication and professionalism was horrible. Interaction with the family was horrible. They did not coordinate any servuce with the military for the final rights. I never received a return phone call and the death certificates had not been processed after two weeks after the funeral. Very disgusted and displeased!

Probably 1 of the worst funeral home experiences of my life. Nothing was ready other then the remains and that was even done correctly I won’t elaborate. The prayer cards weren’t done, the obituary wasn’t done, and no one seemed to know what was going on with my request. Wasted at least two hours dealing with this stuff that should have been done days ago. Finally after requesting to speak to the owner Mr Beckwith whom I’ve known for many years finally these things were done after he directed his employees to take care of my needs now. My advice is if you have a choice please do not use this funeral home unless you absolutely have to. It is unfortunate because the Beckwith family strives it to be and give excellent service although they failed miserably this time.

If only I could write a review and give no stars, because that is what they deserve. Delays and disgust. Avoid them if you can. The original date for my grandmother’s viewing was supposed to be Thursday. It did not happen until Saturday. The funeral home pointed the finger at the nursing home and the nursing home at the funeral home. But even if I give them the benefit of doubt the misery does not end there. Finally scheduled for Saturday at 1:00 they said they were running a little late when we arrived early. Every 15 minutes some attendant is an oversized stained suite would come in and tell us it would only be 10 more minutes. Finally at 2:00 they walk us down an unused hall they had to unblock to a closet they referred to as a viewing room. Once we arrived at the room we had to wait yet again as they scrambled to remove all the furniture they were storing in the room. After waiting another 15 minutes in the hall we were allowed to enter the room and view my grandmother. When I saw my grandmother for the first time I expected her skin tone to be not exactly right, since it is hard to make the dead look living. But they made her grey! She was from Mexico not Mars! After everyone had made their way through the viewing room the flowers finally arrived. My uncle that was handling the arrangements stated the funeral home kept coming back with a slightly higher bill almost every day since her death.

I do not like this business at all. It is to commercial! While we were there they were filming a reality show. Really!!! They were overly busy and not well organized we had to wait a long time for help and then the director that helped us she did not really know her job giving us wrong information or incomplete information. We had to reschedule our funeral to a different date after we called family and friends because of incomplete information. This place is terrible. You feel like your in an assembly line. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
