Food was mediocre and yes it’s a buffet but who wants to fill up on that mess they call food. I used to like this location back in ’08 but since NOOOO! I think the one in Grand Prairie is nice. Desserts are okay but who wants to pay $ 12 just for dessert. Management also seems kind of on the slow side

The service and staff were some of the nicest and kindest people! BUT the food was horrifyingly disgusting!!! The only part about the meal we enjoyed was dessert! The salmon had a fishy smell and taste. The Brussels were over boiled, the ham was just gross sitting by the salmon gave the ham and everything else a fish taste!!! The bathrooms were having sewer backup and smelled the whole place up! NEVERAGAINEVER!!!

The food is terrible. The waitress got the manager and he only offered a half price refund.

Yesterday(cold food review) This is the first time I’ve been here for breakfast. Have to say I did not like it. I got happy when I saw the eggs.(Love eggs) Everything I put on that plate was cold. Not even a tad bit warm. Sausage, eggs, bacon, thick toast, potatoes with some cheese on them. The hash brown(casserole) if that what that was– was hot. It’s a variety of food to choose from but it wasn’t a lot customers coming in for the amount of food being put out. My bill was $ 12 and change for all you can eat. Was not worth it. I got full off of the Dr. Pepper. Service was cool. The lady that brought me my drink was nice. Tip to follow.

I have to give one star, because… well, there was food and a roof. That s about where it ends. The place has not been updated like the other locations. So, you get a choice of soda from a very dirty machine, or water, from the same dirty machine. The water from tap tastes better. The food is not very good. I see the attempt in the choices, but it does not follow through. The server came to our table once. We had to go fill our drinks by taking them to the front counter, in which the lady seemed very mad. The food was cold and mushy. I would rate the best item to be the tortilla chips. Those were done right. The dessert bar is just horrible… and VERY dirty. I know it is an AYCE, but for a family like ours, paying $ 70 for nothing is ridiculous.

The Buffett food was cold, and they had low variety of food. Bread was really hard and they did not have butter. Desserts seemed like they had been sitting there for a while. Will not be coming back to this one!

I thought since it was Golden Corral it would be ok, boy was I very dissapointed. This was the very first time I had came to eat here and I was not impressed and will not be eating here again. The wait staff were very lazy and had piles of dirty dishes on the tables and were not cleaned up promptly. I also asked the waitress to bring rolls to the table like they do at other Golden corrals and she said i can get my own where all the breads were. There were just several things that were not great at this location, not worth spending your money here.

Parking lot does not foster a sense of security for one’s vehicle or belongings. Facility does not look, feel, or smell clean. Restroom scent wafts halfway down buffet line. Salad bar is saddening with limited, wilted offerings. Soups are old and dry. Meats are limited in quantity and scope, and grill employees are rude. Vegetables are overdone and heavily flavored by bacon, butter, and salt. Desserts and breads are pretty good, actually. Waitstaff are stretched far too thin to be effective and– unfortunately, quite understandably– forget to fulfill routine requests, like beverage orders. Half of the staff does not(or will not) communicate in English.

This is a buffet place, so when mass quantities of food are cooked for an unpredictable number of people with unpredictably limitless appetites, quality will suffer, but not for everything. You can make out okay if you know how to pick your food. This is DEFINITELY not a place for vegetarians(Well, Texas in general isn’t a place for vegetarians, so you’re pretty much SOL once you cross our borders) as there aren’t that many palatable non-meat dishes. The things that they do a good job on are their meat dishes, actually, so if you’re an omni/carnivore, it’s all good. The salad bar is a little sad as they only have lettuce – I prefer either the salad mix or spinach greens(though the«Asian Salad» mix with mandarin oranges, grapes and those little crunchy things dresses up the wilty greens quite nicely). They do get a thumbs up for the fruit as it’s freshly cut up. Or at least the melons are as they have loads of melons right there with and a girl diligently cutting, chopping and scooping as fast as she can. The meats were pretty good(or at least the ones that I ate). Their sirloin steak is REALLY good considering. And since you can eat as much as you want of it, that really adds to the place. They have fried catfish and roasted chicken that’s pretty tasty as well. There is salmon, but it was a little bit dry. The vegetables weren’t really memorable except for their yam patties with pineapple which made for a unique and even delectable taste. I was sorely disappointed by the desserts. They looked good, but the only thing that actually tasted half-way decent of what I tried was the frosted brownie. They taste like they look,(semi-moist chocolate with a super-rich and sweet frosting flavor) which is more than I can say for the peach cobbler or lemon pie. Table service isn’t a high point but there isn’t much service needed at your table since you get up and fill your plate each time. You just need someone to bring you bread rolls, refill your drinks and bing you clean plates(but we got around the last one by just picking up clean plates from the drying rack and wiping them down with our napkins). It’s $ 10 plus tax per person. Seniors(60+) pay slightly less and I believe so do little kiddos. You can also do take out where they charge you per pound of food that you take out. This is really a great deal if a) you’re REALLY hungry b) you’re with a whole lot of other REALLY hungry people(average group size was like 7 or 8) c) you don’t have much money to spend and d) you’re determined to eat out.
