I happen to stumble upon this establishment while visiting the floral shop next door; appeared to be open, but the door was locked. Rang the doorbell and I was greeted with «are you in the right place?» I hesitated, but, instead gave the benefit of the doubt and proceeded. She then let me know that she was by appointment only. I excused myself since she wasn’t having it that day, so, I left my contact information.
I requested to be contacted however she preferred. We sent a total of maybe two messages each, back and forth… expecting to be contacted back to set something up or get more information. Nope.
She may have carried a product (s) that I was looking for, but, due to her unprofessionalism… lost out.
I do not recommend this business.

I have driven by this place hundreds of times and never noticed it yet she’s been there since the 80’s. It’s directly behind Corner Bar.
Gertrud is professional, she hand selects all of her products (quality Biodroga products from Germany) and truly knows what she is doing with them… I have had facials at other places where I felt like the esthetician was trying to figure it out as she went along and caused irritation to my skin,
I left relaxed with glowing skin. I never felt rushed or pressured to buy anything. I felt like she really cared and wanted to understand my regimen before beginning so she could get the best results.
She also has this machine that I have never seen before that she can take a deeper look at your skin and show it to you on a screen!
She is someone I fully trust with my skin and feel she could help me continue to age gracefully!
