Gerardo is a amazing trainer giving us both cardio and strength training every class. I highly recommend him

I take his kick boxing class 2 or 3 times a week. Aways a great workout — he pushes just enough. He always emphasizes proper technique so no one gets injured and incorporates lots of stretching before and after. He has a good sense of humor too so we all have fun even when he’s torturing us.
