This is concerning the review from Norma. Your right my 9lb. Yorkie did greet you at the door and you were afraid. I did not pick her up immediately and asked you if you were afraid. You replied yes. Normally I always pick her up when I have a new client, but I was finishing up with a client. I always ask if their okay with her and everyone always notices she’s just a puppy and very sweet. If they aren’t I take her back with me and keep her from them. But honestly I had a lot going on with my previous client and didn’t ask you that. I called you the next day and told you I was very sorry that happened. This review doesn’t reflect on the level of colonic you would have received from me, which is top quality work. I’m sorry you had a problem with my puppy. Karen Fahey

I get there and the dog greets me at the door. I am afraid of dogs and said so as Karen came to the door. Karen then opens the door and the dog runs out and charges me! I had my purse between us. She then asks«Are you afraid of dogs» as if I hadn’t just said so and proceeds to tell me she can’t assist me instead of putting the dog away. I was PISSED as there was never a dog warning over the phone or on the door, I wasted my entire off day as the appointment was in the middle of the day and she was not apologetic. Not everyone is a dog lover and I don’t think they have a place at work or in a «somewhat doctor’s office» where the space should be clean and sterile. The next day she called me but NEVER apologized, I still do not know why she called because she was not going to put the dog away, pay me for my time missed neither time spent looking for parking! Needless to say I don’t know how her service is but this experience gives me a clue.
