Love this location staff is super helpful and friendly. The clothes Are very trendy and affordable, and the material is excellent.

Beautiful store! As soon as you walk into this store you can feel the happy energy. There are women of all different ages shopping here. Girls with their mothers, girls with friends, of girls by themselves. Sure you can spot a couple males in here but this store mainly applies to the fierce women out there! This store has a variety of clothes from pants, to dresses, to blouses they have it all. Their jewelry selection is one of the best. Not too expensive but not too cheap either, which is great because that is what most of us are going for anyways. My favorite part of Francesca’s is the little signs and cute sayings they have on things. For instance I got one of my favorite car air fresheners from her that says «Not all who wander all lost» and it has a pink tassel and is just totally awesome. Something I couldn’t find at your regular store like Target. This store is unique with their trendy styles and friendly service.

Love the product. Cute, trendy clothes. The staff however is way too overbearing when it comes to checking on customers. Coming from someone who has worked retail before, I understand customer service and making sure your customers are finding what they need. But asking every two minutes if they’re doing alright and following customers around in a tiny story like they’re lost or stealing something??? It completely ruined my casual shopping experience. I went back a couple weeks later and the exact same thing happened. There are plenty of other locations I will be visiting in the future.

I purchased an adorable white dress online from Francesca’s but when I received it in the mail it had a terrible black stain on it. I was so disappointed because it fit so well and was just what I was looking for my upcoming bridal shower. I assumed that it would be no big deal to swap out the damaged dress for a new, not stained dress, and boy was I mistaken. When I tried to exchange the dress at the Preston/​Royal location I was faced with a sales associate who feebly attempted to find a new dress for me but failed. I understand that I happened to pop-​in about 20 minutes or so before closing but expected better customer service considering the circumstances. I left the store without a solution to my problem and had to call customer service — which did an equally poor job of addressing my problem. Eventually I mentioned my terrible experience on Facebook and Francesca’s expedited a new dress. Morale of the story — Francesca’s has some really cute clothing but don’t expect the staff to go out of their way to help you find what you need.

Oh-​so-​cute clothing, jewelry and gifty type stuff! SUPER low pricing which is unheard of in this area. Love that you can expand your wardrobe without breaking the bank. The stuff here is very on trend! I enjoy stopping by here to get my shop on during my lunch break!

Love this store: from the cute clothes, jewelry, and purses to the knick-​knacks that are one of a kind! Always on the more affordable side of trendy! Only complaint, sometimes I wish they had more dressing rooms… they are always full and I have to wait to try on.
