Frame Destination

This company is fantastic! The prices are extremely reasonable. I ordered 3 frames, glass, backboard & matting. I got exactly what I ordered. I messed up on the measurements for one mat and got a call from customer service to determine if what I ordered was really what I wanted — it wasn’t —-air head moment on my part. The measurements were fixed on all the components of the framing. I received the frames in the mail very quickly. The packaging was superb. All three frames arrived completely unscathed. Very impressed with Frame Destination and will definitely order from again.

Great company. The frames are very good quality at a fair price, and the service is great. The first set of frames I ordered arrived on time, packaged extremely well to avoid damage. A couple of pieces of glass had nicks around the corners; I contacted the vendor and they immediately shipped replacement glass; all they asked was a photo of the damaged glass. When I ordered more frames a few days back, I had some trouble with the website (it was saying that a required field had not been filled out, which it clearly had). After a few emails with the company, someone there *actually called me* and took my order over the phone.
I ordered the ready-​made frames. They are well-​constructed. Everything is held together by sturdy setscrew-​based metal pieces. Opening the frame to insert a photo requires unscrewing just two screws and takes only a couple of minutes. The wire hangers run in tracks on the back, so they are adjustable once the wire is strung to control the height if you want to align multiple frames.
Definitely no need to look anywhere else.

I usually do not write reviews, but these guys deserve some good press. I ordered two pieces of plexiglas to replace broken glass in frames. The plexiglas arrived in 3 days (I paid for expedited service, but not expedited shipping). It was very well packed, so it arrived in perfect shape. The pieces were cut exactly to specs. Their prices were much lower than any of the local frame stores, and their website is excellent — no bells and whistles; it just works. Thanks!

My first order with Frame Destination.
I thought pricing and shipping costs were reasonable. The order arrived in good time. The packaging was excellent. The box was left on my doorstep, so I can see how one reviewer might have had problems. I am considering my second order with Frame Destination already, based on my first order.
Update. I’ve placed a few orders since and Frame Destination have always been great. Finding a company that supplies glass — not acrylic — puts Frame Destination out in front! The one time I had a broken glass panel it was replaced quickly and without ‘issues’.
I know I can rely on Frame Destination; and my photos have the same frame design for a clean and uniform look.

REJOICE… and order your frames, mats, and glass from FRAME DESTINATION. You won’t regret it. The quality is tops and so is the service. Like owners Mark and Jolie, the 18×24 frames and glass I ordered were thoughtfully organized and efficiently packaged for the consumer.
As a photographer who used to build her own frames and order her own glass, I know how frustrating framing can be with the most difficult, time-​consuming part… cleaning the glass. Even ready-​made frames are often sloppily put together and filthy. But FRAME DESTINATION is terrific. If you want an excellent product, packaged so that the glass is in perfect condition and with perfect directions, order your frames from FRAME DESTINATION.
While it took me a little while to figure out the website, the end results was perfect. I’ve been ordering mats and glass from FD since shortly after the business opened over a decade ago and I’ve always been pleased with the quallity of the service and the products. Many kudos to Frame Destination! I have, in the past, ordered metal frames from a half dozen other companies and hands down, Frame Destination is the BEST in terms of quality, customer service, shipment, and cost that I have experienced to date. I was absolutely impressed with the fact that they delivered me glass with an 18×24 frame where nearly all other companies will only sell frames 16×20 and up with acrylic.
I placed the order and on the same day the order was shipped. Upon receipt just a couple of days later, the packaging was A+ (no scratches or damages).
The contents were pristine and the frames were assembled nicely. Another plus was the glass was crystal clear. I’ve *never* received a frame from anywhere where I did not have to clean the glass first before adding my art to it.
I’m quite impressed with this company. They now have a lifetime customer and I highly recommend them to anyone!

I was looking for a custom-​sized piece of glass to replace a shattered one for my picture frame. Frame Destination not only allows you to input custom dimensions for glass pieces, they have an easy-​to-​use website and the best service I’ve ever experienced. My order was processed and shipped the same day! The packaging was extensive to ensure my order was received without damage. I am very impressed and highly recommend this business to anyone with framing needs.

I found their website while searching for an affordable source of custom cut glass/​acrylic for framing artwork. They were definitely the most affordable source I found, and I’m extremely happy with my order! I had some really unusual sizes (lots of numbers ending in ¹⁄₈ or 3/​16, etc), but every piece was cut exactly to my specifications, and even their most inexpensive acrylic looks to be of high quality. They arrived within a couple of days, were packaged very securely, and each different size was clearly labelled. I will definitely be coming back here in the future!

Ordered two frames from this site based on unconventional size and they were at a good price compared to other sites but unfortunately never received them so I can’t comment on quality. I’m writing this review to remind buyers to click «sign upon delivery» at checkout because I missed that part.

I just love this custom frame shop. You can order exactly what you need online and either have it shipped to you or pick it up if you live in the Dallas area. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I ordered a large custom wood picture frame from them and the quality was outstanding, also the packaging was superior. I highly recommend them.
