Fox & Hound

I love coming here to play pool. A little over priced, but good tables and good equipment. Bar tenders are good and well attentive. The service staff on the other hand is abysmal. I sat in three different sections throughout the night based on where other servers told me to sit to get waited on. Not a sole ever came and asked if our group needed anything. Pool area, tables next to them, and the main dining area. Had to go to the bar each time. Simply terrible. I asked three different waitresses for a drink and they told me it wasn’t their section. Treated horribly. When we did finally get to order nachos they came out wrong… Chicken instead of chili.
Only reason they get two stars is each time I went to the bar for drinks if they were quick and friendly. Excellent bar tenders.

Love fox and the hound for food, drinks, and watching the game, but NOT at this location. Friends and I have have been here several times and they always get your food order wrong. always :le sigh: this past weekend I had to ask the waitress 6 times to please please change one of the tv’s to our football game. It also took a good 20 minutes order another round of drinks each time, so we joked that we had to order our next round as soon as the current drinks came out. And then, when your food is wrong, there is no expedited system where they’ll make yours immediately again. No no. Your correct order gets rung in behind everyone else who has ordered, so you sit there for another half hour again for them to finally get it right. Fortunately the Reuben on a pretzel bun and chicken quesadilla add bacon was delicious, but we shouldn’t have to settle to drink a bunch of beers to feel better about the terrible customer service.

If you’re going to be open on Sundays, at least serve people. I left after being ignored for 25 minutes by the waitress. Won’t be back.

it’s the middle of happy hour and there isn’t a waitress in the place. How are you still in business?
Had to call the place to get someone to come upfront so I could get a rack of balls and my team packet. Now you charge your long time APA customers by the hour and adjust later… seriously?
This place has the worst management.

We have come here a few times to play pool and have drinks after dinner elsewhere, so can’t comment about the food. The pool tables are usually fairly busy but we have never had to wait to get a table.
The wait service at the pool tables is pretty good, sometimes a little slow when trying to close out but they have been reasonably busy so won’t fault them to bad for that.
The bar area always seems fairly slow and not crowded.

I very much enjoy going to this bar. Be it with friends to catch the game, or alone to unwind with a drink after work. Kadisa (sp) is one of my favorite waitresses and handles each customer with a smile and patience. Some of the other staff can be a little stiff with attitude, but I still firmly recommend spending your time and money here. STOCK TULLAMORE DEW WHISKEY AND I’LL GIVE YOU 5 STARS! :-D

My husband and I love this place! The grilled wings are awesome, and Derrick makes the best martini in town! I only wish he was there every night!

3 stars. Let me explain.
Restaurant itself is lovely. Well kept, mostly clean bathrooms aside from a too-​small trash can for paper towels (Invest in a Dyson airblade, it saves money in the long run!), game room in good shape and the equipment was maintained. The only issue was that the bar staff was a bit short tempered and curt the night I was there. I asked if it was busy that night, they replied no. So it must have just been a bad day for them. That’s fine, they are allowed to have bad days. Everyone is. But being curt with a first time patron does not leave a good taste in their mouth, so to speak. People were generally friendly aside from that… I worked food service for a while and know it can suck, but hey, put a smile on. It helps more than you know!

We went here just to eat a couple of times and I have to say that the food is pretty darn good. my husband definitely enjoyed the fish.

Very nice atmosphere, not crowded, foods Perry decent. The drinks aren’t strong and it’s kinda pricey but I really enjoyed myself. Oh! And the service isn’t very fast but everyone is very nice.

This is by far one of the best places to have any sort of gathering. The rooms they have are welcoming and warm — the staff is friendly — the food is great — the drinks are great —

A joke. Football night, no one here limited specials for beer (3 options). Ordered a snack of fries, even asked for a «good deal» from waitress and I get this tiny basket of fries. Not impressed, would not recommend or come again.
This is an add on for my original review. I put a little more thought into it and realize that this place is having a huge identity crisis. it’s called the Fox and hound English pub and grill, yet there’s absolutely nothing English about it except for maybe the fact that they have fish and chips on the menu. When you walk in there’s nothing that screams English pub or even remind you anything of the such a place. No pictures of hunts or hounds which everything is named after. They should just call it pub and grill. Actually they should just call it Sports Bar Billiards and Darts. Perfect name. They call it a «club» and check your ID at the door even if there’s no one there. This is what makes it a «club». Like you’re going into the 13 and over hang out club. They charge $ 15 to use empty billiards tables. They should put that on special for slow nights.
This place, as I said, is having an identity crisis and has no idea what it is. There were a good amount of pool tables and several dartboards. About it.

Great place! Great food and good service! Our waitress was so sweet! It was a busy night cause of the boxing match but she kept up with everything. She knew the menu which is awesome being that we’ve never been here, I can’t remember her name to give her kuddos. My drinks were perfect! Defiantly going back possibly soon! I recommend this place to couples and groups!

I love this place for lunch. The service is on point, the rewards program is amazing, and the staff is easy on the eyes. The food never dissapoints either. Everyone is rocking a smile, including me!

In terms of food and service, this place is probably on the forgettable side. Mediocre food and mediocre to poor service. They’re always really nice, they just slow about everything.
That being said, there’s a lot that’s great about fox and hound that makes up for it. Drinks are always good and reasonably priced. They had some event where I got free beer once :) This place is huge so even when it’s crowded, you won’t feel claustrophobic. Lots of tvs, so it’s a good place to watch games.
I love playing ping pong, so add that with drinks and it’s a good time. The pool, shuffle board, and darts were fun options too, if you get bored.

Good ol’ Fox… I’ve been going to this bar since I was 18 and had to sneak my way in by jumping over the patio fence because walking through the gate’s entrance was simply out of the question at that age.
There are places out there with better food, better service, and better scenery. But I can’t help but feel nostalgic when I talk about this place. It will always be the place my friends and I all meet at because we can’t think of anywhere else to go.
Yes there are younger, prettier bars out there that have great personalities and will put out on the first date. But it’s OK to settle for the same old tired bar you’ve been inside a thousand times. Besides, you could be doing a lot worse.

The service here is hit or miss at times. When you are busy playing pool or darts, it would be nice to have your waitress come by to bring your drinks or ask you if you want another drink.
Don’t be fooled by the party package for large groups as well. It’s a major disappointed. When they said free appitzers and pizza, I didn’t expect personal pan pizza and only 3 appetizers to share amongst 30 people.
Trivia night isn’t that popular here, so take advantage of it.

The service was horrible. So horrible we never got to order (20 mins later) — so we left.
The place was dirty. Tables uncleaned, trash on the floor. I wasn’t sure if I even wanted to dine here. Gave me an icky feeling. The two waitresses that came to our table — both had attitudes. I’m not sure what was going on behind the scenes, but leave your problems outside. The manager came, and we told her we were jetting out. She said she understood. So out we went. End of story.

I come here a lot actually, just haven’t written anything. My friend had a Groupon, so we had dinner. We had the sampler plate, loaded with wings, cheese sticks and potato skins. It was yummy. My friends drink was too sweet, but they made her another one. Service was good, especially since my friend was ogling the waiter. Lol. Can’t really go too wrong. The menu has changed, so there’s a lot of new stuff on it. Was very hard to decide. Always love this place though!
