Fluffpop

After calling and speaking to Yasmeen, I will not be ordering anything from her or her company. She was very rude, disrespectful, and in general portrayed a very ‘uppity’ and typical Dallas snobbish behavior.
When inquiring about a store front location I was very rudely informed that she thought it was a complete waste of $ 25,000 a month to have a store front. Her customers won’t go to a store to buy cotton candy she spat at me over the phone.
I quickly corrected her and said, well I consider myself a customer and noticed the local delivery on the website so I was curious to see if there was a store front. I have since changed by mind and will not patronize her — so I guess she was correct in a way.
After reading through the reviews here, I was expecting a much different Yasmeen and a warmer interaction.
I would highly advise her to invest in someone with better phone skills and to be less of a witch when on the phone. The same message could have been delivered to me in a more professional manner and ultimately created a customer. Missed opportunity here.

FluffPop is very unique and I really enjoyed it at a recent engagement party. I’m not really a sweets or a cotton candy fan, but the flavors that FluffPop creates are delicious. Definitely a treat for adults and I look forward to having it again!

FluffPop is a delicious treat that the kids and adults alike enjoyed! Even after being shipped, the FluffPop maintained its Fluff and was the perfect addition to our desert table! With nearly unlimited flavors, its sure to satisfy everybody’s taste buds! Can’t wait to order more!

FluffPop worked with me to get the yummy flavors that I wanted for my party & even added a few extras, too! I loved the different tastes, the packaging/​labeling & our guests were wow’ed by the unique party favor! I highly recommend FluffPop because it stands out, it’s fun and they’re a joy to work with!
