I ordered a personalized flask with some instructions about the picture that I wanted put on it. I assumed that I’d get some sort of a proof to make sure everything is correct. So I was very surprised when my flask suddenly came in the mail. Of course, the image was not what I asked for. Turns out that they couldn’t make my request… so they just put an image that I did not want on there. And no returns, only exchanges, so in the garbage it goes!

I ordered a custom flask with my initials monogrammed.
put my initials in the wrong order because they don’t understand a traditional monogram. I contacted the company for an exchange, but the company, through its VP, refused. We then engaged in a series of emails in which this VP blamed me for not telling him the order that the initials should be in (I gave him my initials in order). The whole experience was terrible. I would never do business with this place again.
