We moved to Dallas TX about a year ago.
We purchased an older home that was in need of renovation.
Based on the recommendations of neighbors, we visited First Floors Carpet One.
They made it very simple to choose new hardwood for the house and carpet for the bedrooms.
The staff was professional and very knowledgable.
They helped us select styles that were on sale and organized the measuring
and installation for the weekend.
The flooring was installed as promised and they cleaned up and took away the old flooring
as promised also.
I found First Floors Carpet One to be true to their word and extremely anxious
to do a great job. Old fashioned service is what I loved about them.

The timeline for my move was a little quicker than I had anticipated but First Floors came through and not only met, but exceeded my expectations. Jamie helped me with colors and selections, gave me great advice, and steered me in the right direction for my project. From start to finish this group was always on the ball and they under promised but over delivered. Their installers were seemingly in and out before all of my other contractors finished their lunch break.
I strongly recommend First Floors and will be using them again for some of my other projects.

Unfortunately, as can happen, the flooring company put a hole through my pipe. They went back and forth on whether they would accept responsibility and finally they said we would have to go through our insurance companies, which created a lot of delay and frustration. However, the owner himself was very easy to deal with and fair one on one. Their insurance company is a typical company, trying to deny and shift blame. However, in the end while I may not be made whole, I think we’ll reach an amicable settlement. On a positive note, the vinyl tile they helped us pick out is gorgeous.
