I used Evergreen to evaluate whether my garage ceiling would support some heavy-​duty overhead storage due to its being a finished ceiling with a truss system in a two-​story home. Ian was extremely knowledgeable, quick, and gave excellent advice on what was and wasn’t feasible.
I was very pleased that they didn’t try to sell me on services that were possible but not practical. I will definitely use them for any additional structural work.

I used Evergreen recently to engineer a beam in my house. Their professionalism and expertise allowed me to remove a 20 foot length of load bearing wall that was supporting the main eave of the roof and combine the outdated formal living room and den space into a more modern great room. Their work was quick, accurate and extremely effective. The entire project was completed over the course of a single weekend. I highly recommend their engineer services and would use them again in a heartbeat.
