Love this place. Only my second time waxing my legs here but I doubt I’d go anywhere else. Elizabeth is great! Super professional and always made sure I was comfortable. Also, her method of waxing is the best, quick and almost painless (I mean it is still waxing lol) Definitely will be coming back to her next time!

Wonderful! They have not yet had their «Grand Opening» but the place runs smooth. Making an appointment on line was fast and easy. I received a call reminder and was asked if I had any questions. I met Xable (Sable) and she was so easy to talk to and friendly. My eye brows were done fast and looked great. I also schedule a Brazilian. This was my first Brazilian and she made me feel so comfortable. She checked regularly on the temperature, made me laugh during the procedure, and overall made my first experience an easy one.
There was no «pressure» to sell you products but I did purchase the serum to prevent ingrown hairs and will try it. And again at check out there was no pressure to buy a package but the details and savings features were explained. Once I discover what timing I will need I am seriously considering a package to save money.

I learned a lesson before my wedding when my long time nail place (who had down my brows many times) burned me when doing my brows, so I only go to wax only places now.
I had been waiting for this place to open since I moved to the neighborhood. I had never been to any of them before and had that sinking feeling when I walked in and saw the prepaid packages. I was waiting for the horrible sales pitch but I never got one. Such a relief!
I walked in at an off time without an appointment and easily got in. They use a different type of wax («hard wax») which felt odd but did not have nearly as much sting (pretty much zero sting) when they pull and I had absolutely zero redness. None! Nada! So happy!
I went out to pay and braced again for the sales pitch and instead got a quick explanation of how they work, zero pressure, and then the news that the wax I just got was free since I was a new client. Hooray!
One day later and no issues. I was never red, had no reaction, and my brows look great. A normal wax is a few bucks more than what I used to pay at a nail place across town, but it’s worth a few bucks to not be burned and to have someone who does this full time.
Another maintenance location found for me. No doubt I will be in this location every few weeks from now on.
