Ooohh… I hate being the first reviewer, especially if I can’t give 5 stars, however, I think people need to know about this place. Yesterday I was in the mood to shop! Yes, find that one dress that makes a statement eh? Well, I had 2 hours to kick with no kids, and I was definitely dressed up since I had an appointment to attend to prior… so I went shopping! I have always driven past this place and LOVED the outfits in the window, and was so excited to come in… until I did.
The place is definitely beautiful, sets the standard for high end specialty shops, however as customer service goes… well, I wasn’t impressed. I come from a family who also owns a specialty boutique, and I absolutely LOVE places like this, but the service here is well… snooty. As I looked around, and found MANY things that I would consider buying, I observed 2 girls at the main station totally whispering about me and then look after they spoke to each other. I’m telling you, I thought maybe I had toilet paper on my foot or something so I even looked! Nope. No toilet paper. Booger? I very quickly made my way to a mirror. Nope. No Booger. Hair out of place, nope. What the hell? This was the best I have looked in months since I was diagnosed with cancer! I was thinking maybe I am paranoid, and this was just an isolated incident, however it happened 2 more times, when a brunette decided to talk to someone else! It was nuts I say, so much that I had to leave. I was upset too. I was so going to buy a jacket!
I will tell you that the clothing and jewelry are absolutely gorgeous, and there was definitely a modern mix of designers and look. The prices are high, however not overly priced like some specialty shops. They were even having a great sale when I came in. Great buys for some great lines. 5 Stars for merchandise.
I will try this place one more time to give it a chance and hopefully I will have better experience. 3 star service.
