very disappointed with the service, food and the menu is COMPLETELY in Spanish. Won’t attend again. I also do not encourage any person to set foot in this eatery.

This place was OK. Nothing too special or authentic about it. I am not a fan of karaōke and find it to be either really funny or really annoying. If cheap food & karaōke are your thing, this place is all for you!

What a disappointment. I had driven by this place many times, and I always wanted to check it out. Seemed like a cool dive. Went today, my boyfriend ordered shrimp tacos, I had chicken nachos, and we both had a margarita. Not only do I not think there was alcohol in the margarita, I do not think the margarita was even made in the same room as alcohol. I think the margarita came from a land in which alcohol does not exist. It came in a tiny glass that was half full. Or should I say half empty. Also it was like $ 8 or $ 9! The shrimp tacos were decent but my nachos were room temperature. The waitress came by long enough to take our order and deliver our food, and then we never saw her again. Don’t waste your time with this place.

I had a lot of fun at El Pulpo last night! Friday nights the karaōke starts at 7. El Pulpo is a classic divey Tex-Mex seafood shack. They have an unusual version of camaron de agua chile; it’s a Limey/salty blend of jalapeños that cook large the raw deveined shrimp. The whole fish Huachanango(Gulf red snapper) Veracruzana and Mojo de ajo we ordered was fantastic! It’s deep fried but un breaded. My Mo Jo de ajo garlic crusted fish was slightly over cooked but still wonderful. They have beer
