I have never had a bad experiance here. I even have a purse on hold right now im going to pick up after work. I will admit sometimes its hard to get an employee to pay attention that your even in the store. But after years of shopping at North Park i have found this is pretty typical.
There are alot of stores that only do gift cards in pre set amounts. And I’m ok with that. You can always get North Park gold at the Information desk or a Visa card.

If I could, I would delete this one star and give Dooney and Bourke absolutely nothing because that is exactly what they deserve. My coworkers just got done sharing their experiences with me about this store location.
THEY WERE TURNED DOWN FOR $ 25 gift cards.
They were told the amount started at $ 150 from the two ladies who worked at the store and were given the whole «up and down» stare. One of the ladies even had a handbag in her hand that she was going to purchase but after speaking to the rep about the gift card she dropped it and told them they were not getting a dime from her.
