Sorry for the bad review but this location deserves it. My pepperoni pizza and wing order took almost two hours for delivery. I live a half mile from this location. While the pizza arrived warm, it was tasteless except for the pepperoni. The wings were also tasteless and came without any sauce. The wings were rubbery and awful. This shows that this location does not have any checks and balances in their store to make sure delivery orders are correct. I called this location and asked to speak to a manager and was hung up on. I called back and spoke to the so called customer relations manager on duty, Miles. He offered a credit IF I reordered. I told him that was unacceptable because the food was so lousy so that made no sense. I wanted my money back but he said he wasn’t able to give me a refund. Looking at the reviews listed below, I should’ve avoided this location like the plague. That’s on me.

I understand it was a holiday and that makes pizza a hot commodity but that shouldn’t deter good customer service! I first tried to order via the Domino’s app and couldn’t so I called. The hold time was normal considering the holiday. Once the order taker picked up, I asked I’d there were any specials. She rattled then off so fast I barely had time to comprehend what she was saying. So, I asked for her to repeat and her tone was one of annoyance. Had she spoken at normal and audible pace to begin with, she wouldn’t have had to repeat herself. This location makes frequent deliveries to the hotel we were staying at so to me, it should be in their routine to be cordial and thorough in their service. NOPE! We requested the usual ecoutremont to go with our pizza and not only did the driver not show up with our request, he didn’t follow up on his promise to send it out with the next order. What makes this bad is they CHARGEEXTRA for what we requested-ranch dressing, Parmesan, pepper flakes, and and forks! Bad customer service on top of jacking extra $$$ and not delivering the product makes me aa grumpy person! I will avoid this location in the future and pay a little extra for something better quality and service!

So, I had to update my 5 star review because of an experience I just had with a delivery driver … I give specific instructions on how to get to my building. The driver TEXT me from the leasing office, told again where I was. He then pulled up and motioned me to come to his window!!! WHATTHE? Without even saying hello, he handed me the ticket to sign and then the pizza while he NEVER left his car or speaking!!! Unfortunately I didn’t get his name. I hate that one experience can ruin my opinion of an establishment but I think I’ll choose Pizza Hut next time. I’m only giving 3 stars because I typically get great service from them.

I ate half of my pizza in 15 min! It was so good! I really like this location. It’s dominoes. The service at this location is good. And the online order system rocks. My driver always ends up being the same older guy. He is super sweet.

Order online. Loved the tracker. I knew exactly when my order was started and finished. It took less than 10 minutes. Food was good and hot. Everyone was pleasant when I walked in. Very impressed and would order again.

I’ve ordered delivery from this dominos twice in the past month. The first time the driver forgot 2 of the items I ordered and had to go back to the store to get them. The second time the driver got lost. Ended up taking nearly 2 hours for him to arrive. I won’t be ordering again. I reccomend Picasso’s instead.

Rude phone person who just flat out said they weren’t taking anymore orders when they are still supposed to be OPEN. When I mentioned this to the phone person that they say they are still open online she told me that she doesn’t have any drivers… but she was rude…& guess what? NOTMYPROBLEM!

So impressed with this location and the gentleman I talked to tonight, Stephen. After a terrible experience with Liberty Burger, I just decided to get a pizza. The location closest to my house is closed for remodel. I called this location and Stephen without hesitation said they would take care of me. They made sure the order was changed to delivery and had my food here in no time. I am not a big pizza fan, but have to admit the specialty cheese pizza was really good! My neighbor came down and devoured the rest. I am disappointed the 2nd girl I talked to on the phone did not relay the info I gave her to tell the driver about how to find my door. It is dark out and was difficult for him to access. Bless his heart, when I opened the door he was covered with scraps and injuries from a fall at the house before me. He maintained an awesome attitude. Very refreshing to see that attitude. Thanks Domino’s and hope you realize Stephen is an asset.

After the delivery boy drove thru my apartment parking lot doing at least 30 to 40mph I went over to tell him to slow down we have a 3 year old that plays outside, he wouldn’t even acknowledge my presence and started to get in his car and drive off, I wouldn’t let him pull out until I talked to his boss, then he called the police and and told them I was threatening him. What a jerk! The police came and agreed with me and told me next time call them. Then I called dominoes and the manager on the shift was equally unresponsive has her driver. They don’t care all they could tell me is «we are real busy«. Hide your kids if you order from this dominoes, it’s too risky for me, I’m done with dominoes and you should be too.

Worst pizza ever. I placed my order online. After an hour it finall arrived. I asked for 2 packets of cheese and was told it had to be purchased for .25 with a minimum of 5. The pizza had been sitting somewhere so long that the box was covered with grease. Not very appetizing at all. I called in and was given a refund. Not much concern that it happened. Won’t be ordering here again. As for the pictures they show. Mine did not look anything like the pic.

I want to say for starters I’m really proud of what Dominos has done over the last couple years because they really used to SUCK! Not so much anymore. I have to put Dominos in the Fast Delivery category, so no I’m not comparing them to the best pizza in town… that just wouldn’t be fair. I’m comparing them to other places that deliver a quick meal to your door when you just don’t feel like cooking. Dominos v. Chineese Delivery: Um I’m not sure I’d even order Chineese delivery without good health insurance. Most of it is just pure crap. I bet there’s some good ones out there, but I’m too scared to experiment. Dominos v. Jimmy Johns: Yep Jimmy Johns is faster but um… 1.) I like Dominos sandwiches better. 2.) Jimmy John’s in the sub category simply isn’t competative, size/price, flavor, or options. Dominos gets the check mark here. Dominos v. Other Pizza Delivery: OK Picasso’s has great pizza and they deliver but you as a consumer deliver as well when you pull out your wallet. Nothing against Piccaso’s, but I have a large family to feed. Papa John’s: 2 years ago I’d have said Papa John had«better ingredients, better pizza» But as I mentioned Dominos has made some changes receintly and Papa’s got left behind. These are the only 2 I can think of in my area off hand. Accuracy: Most reviews for a place like Dominos are rants… I kinda feel sorry for them. I wonder how many 3 star reviews they would have received from the general public that was just plain«satisfied». Usually rants are spawned from their order being incorrect. I want you all to know I’m giving Dominos their 4 star review 10 minutes after eating the first disappointing pie I can remember in years. I was kinda sad faced, but of the 2 pizzas I ordered, one was great, and the other had the proper toppings, it was just carelessly built.(It is the 4th of July… I’m sure Mr. Pizza maker really wants to be at work right now.) Ultimately… in years I’ve received 1 pizza I would have returned. That made me say to myself… they deserve merit! Convenience: OK they are everywhere. You can order online, tracker is nice, you can see how your order is coming along, and I downloaded the app on my Android today… OK really… 5 years ago did you ever imagine you asking your phone for a pizza and it would show up at your door 30 minutes later? I’m sure other places have these options but Dominos definately isn’t falling behind. Did I mention you can browse their cupons and build your order to them… and well if you can’t find a cupon that works for you, you can build your own cupon. Hmmm… who does that? Overall: I’m calling Dominos the next time I don’t feel like cooking too. Oh wait… you don’t even have to call them anymore.

Alright, I finally gave in. After seeing all the commercials about how they started over and revamped everything, and also hearing from a handful of friends that it IS much better… I decided to pick up some pizza and give it a go. First of all. If you knew that your pizza sucked, why did it take you so long to fix it? This place had a window cling on ad of their 5.99 deal for a medium pizza with 2 toppings, minimum of 2 pizzas. When I walked in, I said I’d do the 2 medium deal and proceeded to order my first as pepperoni and jalapeño. The counter girl proceeds to ask me for my name and phone number and then tells me it’s 6.99 and an extra 1.25 for the additional topping. I just stared at her. «uh, I wanted to do the 2 pizza deal, like the ad?» :points at window: «oh. ok then. « Whatever, give me sausage and mushroom. She rings me up, I pay, and I wait. Pizza actually came out relatively fast, but when the guy called my name, he said something really indistinguishable. He laughed and said the girl typed it in wrong.(I later noticed my name was correct on the box… I guess he can’t read) As for the pizza. I think by «better» domino’s ment to say, «we brushed melted butter and sprinkled some garlic and herbs on the crust» You could see the ring from the excess butter in the box. In essence, I guess this does in fact make things«better» persay. I hardly tasted any pizza sauce so no comment if that was infact«better.» As far as chain pizza goes, I’ll still stick to papa’s(ooooh the garlic sauce!) or maybe even the hut. I’m going to leave domino’s behind.
