She flagged some health issues my general doc missed, she went above and beyond to make sure i was informed on all my options. Very warm and friendly.

I was very disappointed with my first visit with Dr. Dinh. She came into the exam room and told me to lose weight based on my BMI height/​weight ratio, a system that has long since been proven useless, and without asking or discussing with me anything regarding my diet and exercise habits (I had just run 3 miles that morning, thank you very much). Very unprofessional and ill-​informed.
Also, I needed the depo shot, which is not even stocked in their offices, and so I had to walk to another wing of the hospital to get the Rx from the pharmacy and walk back, adding a ridiculous 40 minutes to my appt length.
When I cancelled my next appt due to a sprained foot, it took more than a day after I faxed a records request and calling several times to have my records transferred to some place that could actually take care of me *in office*. There is no reason a records request should take more than a day, and it put me outside the window of needing the shot, creating further complications for me to get it.
I’m very disappointed with the inefficiency of these offices.
