Sleazy businesswoman Debra Ford is the owner of Design Realty. I bought a house from her and she tried to trick me every step of the way. The final straw was when she refused to let me take a last look at the house, to see if she had fixed the broken items she had agreed to fix, right before I went to go sign the paperwork to make the house mine.
I looked through the windows as best I could and saw she had REMOVED the range from the kitchen and the attic ladder was still broken, which she was supposed to fix. While signing papers at the title company we had to call her and demand she lower the price of the house to cover the items she did not fix and removed.
Find another agent. Buying and selling houses is stressful enough without dealing with a sleazeball.
