I never write reviews, but I had to share my amazing experience with Tasha at the Blues Jean Bar. I bought enough pairs of jeans to receive a free pair on my punch card, but didn’t use it for 2 years. I moved to NYC and thought there would be no way for me to claim my free pair of jeans. I emailed and asked if I could send in my punch card and send someone to pick up a pair to send to me. I got a email back right away! They looked up my previous purchases and Tasha actually mailed me three pairs to try on(from Dallas to NYC). The package was adorable and had a hand-written note from them. I kept one pair and sent back two, and my card was never charged, just kept on hold in case I kept the other two. Most retail stores would not go to such lengths to honor a free pair of jeans. What an excellent customer service experience!

The blonde woman at the front was extremely rude. The whole experience was quite awkward and I was very disappointed. I wanted the jeans, but not that kind of person getting a commission off of my business. I left pretty quickly and actually found the same jeans online for cheaper! Customer service is everything.

If you’re going to spend this much money on jeans, you better get good service. At The Blue Jean Bar, you absolutely do! Amber was so helpful, knew her jeans and assessed body type and what would work best. So impressed. And I’m «curvier» than the average customer and she even found great jeans for me. So happy and excited to go back — next time I’ll take my husband.

The Blues Jean Bar has a ton of jeans and many other options! This American denim retailer has locations in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Louisiana, Massachusetts, and best of all Texas. Service is on point considering the prices. They are stocked with Women and Men apparel. Once you’ve selected the perfect pair of jeans take them home wash them and then bring them back to be altered by the professionals.

I strongly recommend this place for blue jean shopping. There are multiple great brands. While the jeans are expensive, they are of high quality. The most impressive thing about this place is the service. Jolia(sp?) is a manager there and she is fantastic. I told her what I wanted and she spent about an hour helping me find the perfect pair of jeans. She even contacted other locations to see if she could get the right size.

Exceptional customer service! The staff is very personal and makes sure you try every jean to get that perfect fit. I couldn’t be more satisfied with my purchases. Even if there is a no refund policy, I wouldn’t mind having store credit because they carry such good denim, plus Toms and locally made jewelry! They even support good causes and donate money for aids awareness and research. I trust their opinion because they even tell me when jeans look bad on me, which most sales people wouldn’t. I’m loyal to this little shop when I need my denim fix!

I love the concept of this place. Go to a «Jean-Tender» tell them what you are looking for and they will let you try on a few samples. I came in on Saturday looking for some new jeans. I was in the market for some long straight legged jeans. After the Jean-Tender asked me a few questions, I had about 4 pairs to try on. As most of the jeans here are $ 150+ I bought 1 pair. Two extra things that make this place unique are their happy hour and punch card. Just as it sounds, during their happy hour, the Jean Bar hands out drinks.(After a few drinks, you’ll think you look great in any pair) As for Jean Bar’s punch card, if you buy 5 pairs of jeans, you get the 6th pair free up to $ 200. Just to put this into perspective, if you spend $ 1000, you get $ 200 back or 17% off. If you like high jeans, quality jean, I recommend The Blue Jean Bar.

Amazing jeans, and amazing customer service to match! I was looking for something so specific, I must have tried on a dozen pairs — at the end of a Friday, no less — and Jole was so easygoing and helpful! She really knew her stuff and had excellent suggestions and ideas. Long story short, she introduced me to a great new brand(DL1961), worked with me through two indecisive visits, made a list of my favorites, and made half a dozen phone calls the next day until I got exactly the style I wanted. I promise I’m usually reluctant to be that much of a princess, but at least I can say that they will go the extra mile to make their clients happy! The boutique itself is also really lovely. What a great concept, and so well executed. I love the attention to detail and the nice changing rooms… who doesn’t appreciate a nice environment when making purchasing decisions? Whenever I am looking to shell out some cash on a great pair of jeans, I am definitely coming back here. An overwhelmingly positive experience!

VERY impressed. If I’m going to drop a dime on a pair of denim, I want great customer service. You don’t always get that in your mainstream department store, but HERE, they know their jeans. I like going on Sundays personally, after Sunday Funday. It’s always a recipe for disaster to my plastic, but totally worth it. The girls working are always super helpful and suggest brands that you would never think to try on yourself. I’m now addicted to AG jeans because of this place… one of the girls suggested the brand one day and I’ve been hooked since. Here’s how it goes: 1) Walk in, get friendly greeting and often it’s just you in there. 2) Tell ‘em your size. 3) Grab a pint of beer(any day) or a mimosa(on Sundays) — and maybe a cookie. Hell, why not eat 3 of ‘em before trying on clothes? 3) They grab an arm-load of denim and you go to a dressing room. One doesn’t fit? Just call out another size — and BAM! There it is. They’ll grab as many pairs as it takes to find the perfect one for you. They also carry boutique-type tops, pants and dresses as well. And I’ve found some amazing deals on their Sale rack. And the best thing about this store? They give you frequent-purchase card — you buy 5 pairs, get the 6th free. If you’re gonna buy ‘em, might as well work towards a free pair!
