Although the neighborhood was a bit suspect the rent was the right price and I needed to move ASAP. I have found this place to be a very pleasant place to live. As will all older apartments it has it’s needs but any repairs, bugs or other needs are met with immediate attention. I have actually found it to be a safe, comfortable place to live. The management is always helpful and cooperative, the neighbors for the most part are good decent people, open, friendly and kind. I would highly recommend this place!
