DallTex Air Conditioning & Heating

Our AC started going out, of course right when it’s starting to get really hot again in Dallas. I called a couple places and they were busy and short with me on the phone. I called Dalltex, a company in Oak Cliff (we live in Oak Cliff). Hector was courteous and said he would be able to come out within an hour and a half. He was on time. Hector and his technician were very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They diagnosed our problem almost instantaneously. He corrected the issue for a very reasonable fee. My wife and I highly recommend Hector and his company Dalltex. They are great! We will always use them and recommend them to our friends and family. If you are having HVAC issues, give Dalltex a call. They will take really good care of you. We thought we were in for a really hot weekend and even considered staying at a hotel until it got fixed, but Dalltex was awesome, fixed it the same day, and now we are back to cold a/​c! Hector at Dalltex is great! Responded to my call right away to replace a stolen A/​C unit on the day our home was being sold. He showed up on time for the estimate and for the work appt. His price was very reasonable as compared to the other estimates I got. He made a bad situation much better with his great work ethic! John K
