This is going to be quite lengthy… Out of all the times I’ve been here this was my worst experience ever! I went to get an acrylic set earlier this week & am highly dissatisfied! I usually let the ladies do my nails but only the older guy was available, BIGMISTAKE. My nails were 3 different shapes when I requested SQUARE. they were uneven & slanted. I came back to get them fixed & what pissed me off is he had the nerve to argue with me that my nails were fine! He said I didn’t know what I was talking about & could ask anybody to look at them & they would say they were perfect! Truth is I got plenty of second opinions & everyone said they were horrible. So he «fixed» them however my nails still look HORRIBLE! when I kept asking him to make my nails even across/not slanted he ignored me… A waste of my money because I’m going to another nail shop to get them redone! If you come here let one of the ladies do your nails they never disappoint!

My favorite place to get nails done. Quick and friendly and the best price in town. I used to go to Posh Nails but like this place so much more. My pedicure stays on for weeks!

When I find somebody better than Steven, I’ll go there. He is the best in town, as far as I’m concerned!!! Always quick service in a very clean environment. There cannot be a better deal in Dallas, period.

The worst nail spa I ever been to. I don’t recommend this place. Been to different nail shops and cheaper. Poor costumer service !

This is my third or fourth time here and I LOVE D Nail Spa. If you are getting acrylic/solar Steven is the most through. He will NOT rush so if you’re in a hurry ask one of the ladies to do your nails. I happen to like going on the weekend so I have the time to sit. Steven does an amazing job of making the nail even in width and he makes sure that the shape is consistent on all 10 nails. If you nit pick like I do you’ll know how hard it is to find a salon that does this. The only problem is if you don’t have time to wait or you get there when they’re busy you’re kind of SOL. If you don’t like waiting make sure to call and make a reservation. TLDR: highly suggest going here but make an appointment.

This place is awesome. They are super affordable and take their time. There are other places around town that charge way more and rush through the process. The only thing is that they don’t have many employees so more times than not you will have to wait.

Absolutely terrible work and would not correct it. I paid 48 for gel nails(including tip) and two days later the tips started to crack. I went back to the salon and several women kept telling me it had been over three weeks and there was nothing they could do but if that I came in at the two week timeframe they wld hv fixed it. I told them it had not been 3 wks but they actually argued with me even lying about how they knew it was three weeks ago. I gave them my bank info which showwd it’s been 9 days so well under the 2 week mark. Then they said it had to be under 5 days. I called them on it and reminded them they sd under two weeks. They absolutely would not either re-do it or give me my money back. They talked in vietnamese about me with each other but would not talk to me in English until I demanded it. So not only was the work obviously poor but they wouldnt fix it ANDTHEYLIEDANDLIEDAGAIN just to get out of having to fix it. So basically I pd 50 for two days of nice nails and I hv to pay to hv it redone. I SHOULDHAVELISTENEDTOOTHERPOSTERS: DON’T WASTEYOURMONEYORTIME. THEYARE A RIPOFF.

My 2 star update rating is specifically for Shellac. At $ 32 I wouldn’t come back again for this service, but for pedicures yes. Over the phone they quote $ 20 for Shellac but that is COLOR only. So when you get there and obviously get a manicure and shellac it is $ 32. I have gone to several other places where it is only $ 30AND you get margaritas. Besides, I like establishments that can give you their own salon guarantee if their shellac chips within the first 2 weeks. It has not even been a full week and they already look damaged. I have color coming off of the thumb already. Had I gone to a salon that had a guarantee i could get it redone free.

Love this place. An east dallas gem! They spend an hour on my toes and an hour on my fingers for $ 40. Always a great experience. Reasonably priced and the inside looks nice, not bare and stark like most places. I live kind of far but won’t go anywhere else! I prefer Christine. Appointments aren’t necessary but it’s better to make one so you don’t have a wait.

I’ve been here a few times, including before my wedding. They are amazing! If you don’t have an appointment, and you go at a peak time, after 5 on a weekday or sometime on Saturday expect a short wait. If it’s not going to be short, they tell you when would be a better time. I really appreciated that they didn’t let me sit for 45 mins. Everyone is very polite and they all have a sense of humor too. Every one of my mani/pedis, done by different people, have been very precise and clean, if not perfect. You never feel rushed to get out of their chair and I like that. They listen to what you want, how you want them filed, if you want them clipped, even if you can do my mani before my pedi to give them more time to dry because I am impatient and always smudge them. Super accommodating and I love this place! There is a plethora of colors to choose from, regular polish and the gel selection are both great. I don’t do the acrylics or solar or anything like that, but I have heard them talking to other customers about all the new powder colors they’re always getting in. Prices are totally reasonable. Mani/pedi for under $ 50. Unless you get the super deluxe ultra magnificent cheese grater hot towel wrap with wax pedicure. That one is a little more I think. Best of the best. I will be back yet again.

WORSTNAILSPA in Dallas and maybe the WORLD! Phx was correct, these women are rude. I will never go back and I went 5 times and ignored the lack of customer service because it was close to my house. They don’t take any consideration to what you ask for and will talk about you the entire time. I was a server in college and always tip 20 percent and even tipped her when she ripped off a chunk of my skin. DON’T GOHERE!

I was new to Dallas and thought I found the salon I would settle on, when I had the mist rude manicurist give me a manicure. She did not want to file my bails the way that wanted them and then proceeded to listen to the mire experienced woman tell her Vietnamese. It was such an ordeal after work. Prior to this, my experiences were good. But this one employee turned me off and I never went back.

I only had a quick lunch break and I needed to get my fangled nails done big time. I had seen this place and thought I would go ahead and try it because it was conveniently located.(The pizza next door smelled amazing! Going to have to go there sometime.) Anyways I walked in and they were very helpful and got me in immediately, though that was just because no one was there. haha! They did a very thorough job which was nice for once. I’ve gone to other places and at the end thought I could have done better myself. This is not the case here. Pricing was VERY reasonable. They had two options for a mani-pedi. One was $ 32 and the other was $ 40. I will DEFINITELY be going back. :)
