Arrived here 15 mins before closing time and was seen by Nurse Practitioner, Brittany. There was no one else waiting. I decided to go here after developing a severe sore throat that was get increasingly worse as the day went on. Brittany was very caring and concerned regarding the pain I was having and thought this may have been something more than just strep because I had been recently treated for the same symptoms, but this time it had come back worse. She thought it would be best if I was referred to ER being that I was in excruciating pain. Throughout the entire visit she was patient, even though it was past closing time and I had to wait for my hubby to come and take me to the ER. Brittany even called to check up on me the following day to make sure that I was ok and feeling better, which I thought was an extremely nice gesture and it is the reason I’m writing this review. It is hard to find good customer service these days and appreciate the extra effort Brittany put in. Thanks, Brittany!
