Crossroads Audio

Had to get some audio equipment for a work event, so I did some research on the internet and this place came up. I gave five places total a call and Crossroads gave me the best rental price, more importantly though, Chris took the time to listen to what type of event we were having and recommended a specific audio system, he also patiently explained to me what it was and why he was recommending it, which I really appreciated because I don’t have any background with audio equipment. There were a couple of changes with what I ended up renting and Chris and Jeff were very patient and understanding. In the end, Jeff ended up showing me how the set up would look like, walked me through all the plug ins, and carried the system to my car. The whole process took about 20 minutes. Returning the rental was even easier. Chris and Jeff really know their stuff and additionally they really know how to treat the customer. I will absolutely go back to Crossroads next time I need anything audio/​visual related!
