Very similar to Boston Market. Chicken was cooked wonderfully, the garlic creamy spinach was so full and the mac n cheese was very good. Small place. Services e was prompt. Njoyed and will go back

I called in an order, pretty simple: Cowboy tacos, and a cowboy sandwich with rotisserie chicken. Overall, I was very disappointed in the«rotisserie» I found the chicken to lack flavor, the best part of the sandwich was the bun. I wasn’t sure what to expect with the taco, but they mixed all the ingredients together(black bean/corn salsa) with the chicken. We also got fried okra and corn fritters, the corn fritters were the only thing worth going back for.

There isn’t much difference between here and Boston Market. The twice baked potato casserole is tasty but I prefer the normal mac at BM. The chicken was good, not great. The mac and cheese had a bit of a sour flavor that I was really put off by at first but I found myself going back for more and more. It was kind of strange. I would eat here again but I certainly won’t be seeking it out.

I was in town for business last week so I came here for lunch. The chicken was juicy, very tasty! I also got a brownie and Ice cream, brownie was not fresh and the ice cream scoop was really small. I highly recommend this place for their rotisserie chicken. Enjoy! !

Great chicken and good portions for the price. The potato side dish wasn’t the best but the macaroni side was definitely worth it. Roll wasn’t anything special. The food came out quickly and the people seemed nice. Will go again but with a different side.

I decided to try this place for lunch and was pleasantly surprised! I got the lunch special and it was great! The chicken was very flavorful and tender. It came with two sides and both were good portions(Mac and cheese and the Spanish rice). I’ll definitely be returning!

This place is great! I would give it 4 stars but often the rice is hard and undercooked. The chicken is really tasty!

First time to try out this place. I was very pleasantly surprised. The chicken was great! I also ordered the creamed spinach. Although it was a bit thick it was also good. I ordered the macaroni and cheese which I rarely do out because another Unilocaler said it was good. I could tell from the bright gold color that it was not homemade. It did have a lot of flavor as if they had added sharp cheddar but I would not order it again. I also ordered the enchiladas to go and it was sooooo good! The super star of this place is the roasted chicken.

Wood-roasted rotisserie chicken. What’s not to like? The meat can be a bit dry at times. The skin is always awesome! You must get the twice baked potatoes with cheese. Other sides are good, but this is a go-to item every time. They’ve catered for work several times and it’s always a treat. The place is pretty small, and get your own drink, utensils, etc. Food is quickly brought to your table.

I was visiting in Dallas after returning from a roadtrip and tried Cowboy Chicken for the first time the other night. We dined in. The dining area is kind of small but it wasn’t crowded but the table next to us was literally covered in food from the previous diners and the staff took their time about cleaning it. Minus a star for that. That’s a little bit nasty. The place wasn’t busy so nothing was stopping them from taking care of their housekeeping. Cowboy Chicken, keep in mind that you’re serving food and you don’t want to turn people off. On to the food. We both tried the Famous Chicken Enchiladas with famous tomatillo sour cream sauce. They were delicious and I really like that sauce. You can order 2 enchiladas with 1 side for $ 6.89 or 2 sides for $ 7.89. For the sides we tried the sweet potato and corn fritters. They serve a whole baked sweet potato sliced in half. I like that, it’s one of my favorite vegetables. They have plenty of sides to select from; there is also mac & cheese, black eyed peas, creamed spinach, kettle chips, spanish rice, sweet corn, green beans, fried okra and garden salad. I told you there are plenty, I wasn’t kidding! I would stop here again.

Although the prices are high, the food is good and always fresh, especially the chicken enchiladas. I have always loved their concept and have frequently sound locations across the country that absolutely need a cowboy chicken!

I’d give them 3.5 stars but I’m rounding up. This is a really great change from our normal to-go/delivery places. Their chicken is juicy, well seasoned and tasty. The BBQ chicken taco is good but I always go for the enchiladas. For sides, I like the corn fritters and Spanish rice. The twice baked potatoes are good but I wouldn’t consider them the«best»(as D magazine rates them). The peach cobbler is good. Mine had a great consistency and wasn’t mushy. Their delivery service can be a bit slow but the food seems to always seem fresh. Not like it’s been sitting around for hours.

The food is soooo good! Their mac and cheese is the best, and I love the enchiladas. Only knock is how long delivery takes, an hour or more.

I’ve not actually sat down to eat here and usually get it to go, but I’ve liked what I’ve gotten consistently. The 3 pc dark chicken with the two sides the best. For sides I’d recommend the creamed spinach and campfire veggies. I also enjoy their mac n cheese. I’ve also gotten the half chicken which was good, but I couldn’t finish it because well, it’s a half chicken. Also if you have a sweet tooth, their blackberry cobbler is tasty :)

Best food ever. Get the lunch special, or the enchiladas. Sides that are perfect: twice baked potatoes, and Mac and cheese. Just ordered here five minutes before closing and asked if it was okay to place an order. Super friendly service and they got my food out in less than 5 minutes. Best service of them all.

Nice, marinated rotissere type chicken. Also love the sweet potato side choice. Skip dessert here though. HATED the apple cobbler — so sickenly sweet that my teeth hurt afterward. This is a fast foodie type setup. Go to the counter and order and then they bring the food out to you.
