I paid cash to test out the service before buying the groupon. I had a great experience with one maid and a two hour service(even though I paid for three hours) but I didn’t care the job was done well. And the maid also came with me and cleaned my second house which was a move out clean and took almost two and a half hours. She did very well and I made sure to tip her well since I took up her entire day. So I bought the groupon for multiple cleans which would save me money in the long run. Well after buying the groupon i had trouble scheduling the second clean. no email or phone call for a week so i had my husband open a dispute with groupon but groupon would not return my money unless the owner was refusing service and facilitated the first groupon clean. Anyways, I used my groupon and the same lady came back to clean and cleaned my house in an hour and half this time and there was still sticky residue on the counters, floors were not swept in corners… but I continued on to schedule my 2nd clean knowing what a hassel it is to open a dispute with groupon. Now I am currently sitting at my computer waiting for a maid service that is never going to even show up today. I never received a phone call. I finally got a hold of them just now and they said the maid cancelled. WHAT? I did not even get a call. But they told me they sent me an email at two am to cancel. Now two hours later I am realizing that I did all this laundry and pulled out all my cleaning supplies all morning and must take extra time to fold the laundry towels and sheets and remake the beds when I have already wasted my morning. I am told the maid is out sick and there is no replacement and I don’t have time to clean my house on top of being a full time nurse and a full time nurse practitioner student. :(

Avoid! I hate giving 1 star for anything, but no one ever showed up for my appointment. When I called and emailed(2x), I finally got a response 4 days later. I spoke with the owner. She said that my appointment had been«lost» in the system(even though I had been sent a confirmation email the day prior). A few minutes later she said that she had people call in cause it’s Christmas week. So I’m not sure why no one showed up. It doesn’t really matter, I’ll process the refund with Groupon. The owner basically said that doing Groupon had hurt her business because people are unsatisfied with the service the receive, then they go to forums like Unilocal or Google reviews and write negative things. She also said that since they quit doing Unilocal Deals, and paying the $ 400 a month that only negative reviews are showing? I honestly felt kind of bad for her, sounds like some growing pains. Hopefully the Groupon deals slow down and they can get all the pieces back together again. Going to clean my kitchen now…

I also bought a Groupon for 12 cleanings. They obviously aren’t able to handle all the business that they received. I have left several messages via phone, email, text and even tried the online chat function on their website, to no avail. I have requested a refund. if they can’t be trusted to even answer the phone, I certainly don’t want them in my home. Bad business.
