I called them in response to a $ 30 garage door maintenance advertisement. A very convenient appointment was set promptly. The technician called ahead and arrived within the agreed upon 2-hour window. He spent two minutes looking at my garage gate set-up and then starting to rattle off a list of things I neede to replace/repair. My gate and opener works just fine, though hesitates and reverses sometimes. But I needed new rollers for sure, and a new motor and new springs too, since they would break any day now. Imagine the horror being stuck in the garage, impossible to open the gate! I kindly requested that he proceeds with the maintanance. I was informed that it costs $ 50 — because the adjustment of the safety beam(flick with a finger and a quarter turn of the nut) is not covered by the $ 30 offer. Fortunately, the conversation did not turn into an argument. The technician proceeded with lubrication and checking/fastening of all bolts. After 20 minutes, the maintenance was complete, I adjusted the safety beam myself and he turned the screw. I paid $ 30 «cash or check» and my gate now moves smoothly. Go for the low ball maintenance offer, stand your ground and ignore the up-sell!
