Korean owned and operated. The most honest and excellent service I’ve ever seen at dry cleaning. At least once or twice a month I leave between 300 and $ 800 in my pockets of my slacks to drop off at the dry cleaners and three or four times a month they hand me a small envelope with all my money returned to me. Wow who does that anymore. This place does. :)

I agree with all of the other bad reviews. The manager/owner was extremely rude and after I asked her to match prices of other cleaners she told me to take my clothes somewhere else. They charge extra for big and tall shirts btw. I don’t mind paying a little more for quality work but I will not give my money to an unappreciative, rude business!!! DON’T DOIT!!!

Terrible customer service over all! Attendant is rude and condescending! I had been coming here every few months for the past year for dry cleaning only because they had been doing a decent job on the laundry not so much for the attitude given each time. This time, I might say is the last time I will be returning here! After paying a hefty amount for the dry cleaning I get home only to realize the meager job they did with the clothes!!! They could not even button down the shirts nor were they ironed properly!!! I ended up having to re– iron most of the shirts since they did such a poor job at it. The hems of the shirts were curled up and ironed upward. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you enjoy wasting your money and enjoy being talked down too. Before running a business this lady needs to take a course on how to treat her customers. Only reason they get a 1 star is because we can not give them a zero.

The prices are extremely high for standard alterations like change of zippers and hemming with a turn-around time of 5 days because their seamstress doesn’t work at that store. Your clothes are shipped off to another facility to be worked on… That’s a cause for YOUR clothes to be lost! When I went back in to paid for my items, the woman running the place got all bent out of shape when I actually pulled MY pants off the hanger to take a look at the work that was done. WTH? Why would anyone get upset for me checking on MY pants that you were paid to hem? Unfortunately I didn’t look at my second pair of pants at the store because of her nasty attitude. I should have done because when I got home, one of the pant legs was turned inside out(the zipper was worked on this pair). SERIOUSLY?! That’s how you’re going to leave it to give back to the client? I DONOT recommend ever going to this place… On a side note, hearing over the loud speaker Pat Robertson preaching while customers coming in is unnerving. I should have turned back around but I was in a bind to get my pants fixed quickly. Next time I’ll just go back to my other tailor in Lewisville. I’d rather waste a bit more gas for quality work than go to a place that treats their customers rudely and overcharges for poor work. Shame on you!
