If I could give a negative star I would! This place is a scam! $ 8.32 for the smallest size(like it) with 2 add ons. AREYOUKIDDINGME! She told me the price and I was like… No just mine, separate orders, and she said yes this is just yours. I’m in shock. For real. I told them that was outrageous and disgusting. I guess it’s my fault for not really reading the prices but cmon I never guessed it would be that high! Never ever going back. I’m from NY and I’ve been to cold stone plenty of times but have never experienced being ripped off like this.

If only there was an option for no stars. This Cold Stone is the WORST one I have ever been to. The prices are considerably higher than any other Cold Stone I have been to. The customer service is awful. My friends and I went and spent nearly $ 50 for 5 ice creams, I’m sorry but that’s ridiculous. The lady behind the cash register was not polite but had a nasty look on her face and could not even crack a smile. We were patronizing their business and they could not even thank us or smile. Furthermore, the receipt did not even show the sales tax. One receipt shoes one amount and the other shows the higher amount with the sales tax. I will be contacting Cold Stone corporate/franchise and filing a formal complaint as well as contacting North Park Center to file a complaint.

If I could give no stars I would. Prices are higher than any Coldstone I’ve ever been to, and they charged me for the first mix in. On the signage it says«first mix in free.» Manager told me that its only free if you buy a second one and then the first one is free. What a joke! That’s not true at any Coldstone I’ve ever been to. The icecream tasted good, and the«mix-in» cookie dough was good too, but they totally skimped on it. By the time I got to the bottom of my cup of ice-cream there was no cookie dough in it. Terrible service. I would not go back. Ever.

Previous comments are right, they’re rude and over charged. They claim their ice cream tax of $ 1.20 and when it posted in my card account, they added a $ 1 more. I ate a $ 10 small coffee lovers ice cream from this place, unbelievable! A family operated business shouldn’t be like this. Beware!

This place at North Park Mall is the absolute worse place for ice cream. I love Cold Stone in Rockwall but this location is so rude. They made my daughter an oreo cookie shake with one, yes one stingy oreo cookie! I spent 14 bucks on a shake and supposedly cookie sandwich which was served in a cup. really?! Who the heck serves a sandwich in a cup? Will never ever go back! Save yourself the disappointment and go elsewhere!

I hate when I ask a simple question like«do the brownies have nuts?» and instead of going and finding out, the employee says«I don’t think so.» This place never fails to disappoint, and I only went because I had a BOGO coupon, but even then, I should have just gone to Paciugo. The product just isn’t good. It’s always half-melted and they’re chintzy with the mix-ins. And can you believe it’s over six bucks for a small? Total rip.

This place sucks. Over charged. I felt like I was imposing just ordering ice cream. Will never go back.

Stone cold … cold stone !! It’s creamy. They have variety of flavors. The business hours should be little late in summer time. They have three sizes for cups and names are funny … i found it relevant !! Gotta have it !!

DONOTGO. I have gone twice to this location. The first time my ice cream was so bad I couldn’t even finish it and not because of the flavor since I always order the same thing. I decided to give it a second try because I am a HUGE Cold Stone fan and the next closest one to me is 25 min. So, this second time I notice the owner/employee put one strawberry to mix in. ONE strawberry. This is not a cheap place to get ice cream so I at least expect a decent amount of whatever I order. I asked him if he could put more strawberries and he added one smaller strawberry. He charged 3 mix ins. I told him it says on the board that the 1st mix in is free and he looked at me like I was stupid and asked me to tell him what I put in my ice cream. I told him«brownie, strawberry, and fudge(watered down)». He still looks at me like I’m just wasting his time and tells me «There you go, 3». Then I told him«Uhm, yeah and the 1st one is free». He paused and tells me I’m correct. After he gives me my money back, he tells me that he was not wrong for charging me 3 mix ins because he gave me an extra strawberry. I just laughed and left. He charged 75 cents more for ONE little strawberry. Horrible customer service and ice cream.

Worst Coldstone everrrr!!! My ice cream wasn’t smooth, the employee was VERY stingy with the toppings and she was so rude! This Coldstone location seriously disappointed me because I usually LOVE Coldstone. But nope, never again. I think I’ll keep my business at Coldstone Rockwall from now on!

You know, I love ice cream. And I’m very picky about it. I travel a lot for work, and treat myself to ice cream wherever I go. This experience was just about perfect. I sampled some of the flavors, and then decided on the Cake and Shake, which was a delicious creamy shake that really hit the spot. I also got a «to go» container of dark chocolate peppermint ice cream and it was really great back at the hotel. Thanks, Coldstone!!!

SOGOOD!!! Had the cake batter flavor with snickers, graham crackers and oreos mixed in… in a chocolate dipped waffle cone… it was awesome.

Such a disappointment! Clearly the owners of Cold Stone are not reading the online reviews for this location or the former Mockingbird Station location. The ice cream is great…4 or 5 stars, but the service is absolutely terrible! I went to use my birthday coupon today and couldn’t even use it… make sure to read the fine print which isn’t even clear! By the way, they issued me my coupon for a location that wasn’t even open any longer… are you kidding me?

If I could get their ice-cream somewhere else, I probably would — the«eek» factor is the customer service. I stopped by after a movie for a shake. The employee asked me why it was illegal it Texas to have more than one wife. Umm… I just said contact his local state representative if this is his concern. He then asked where he could live where he could legally have more than one wife. Then– he asked me to be wife #4(and proudly noted he was still with 1 – 3). That’ll be my last visit to this Cold Stone; good thing Jamba Juice is nearby.

This brand has just fallen down hard. I ordered a banana chocolate yogurt on a waffle cone and just paid 7 $(with tip) to ruin my day. The yogurt ice cream has crystals, it must have melted and got refrozen. There is no smooth creaminess, it was like granitas, only bad. The cone was stale and after a few bites, I was afraid to eat more as it started tasting detergent like. I should have just been a prick and returned the ice cream the moment I started spooning ice crystals… But alas, I just have to learn not to come back to this place anymore.

I hate to say this you guys, but the ice cream here was horrible… and I LOVE Cold Stone’s ice cream! I love ice cream in general! But after coming here today I have to give this location a one star rating. I stopped to grab a cup while doing my shopping at NorthPark. It’s been a long time since I had Cold Stone’s, and I chose to come here to beat the heat and humidity instead of driving across the street to go to Yogurtland. The staff member who helped me greeted me as soon as I approached the counter, which was very nice. I ordered a signature mix of the Mint-Mint Chocolate-Chocolate Chip, and he mixed it up for me right away. However, I’m sad to say he did a sloppy job putting together my mixture. The biggest annoyance though was quality of the ice cream. My cup was practically melting as the staff member handed it to me once I paid. I also couldn’t taste my brownie-toppings and my waffle cone was stale and hard when I broke off a piece to eat. I kept giving the staff member the benefit of the doubt, because it was 90+ degrees outside and maybe the freezers weren’t as cold as they should be. But half-way through trying to finish my cup, the majority of the ice cream had already melted and pooled into the bottom of the waffle cone only to become a soggy mess. It was then I admitted to myself that it wasn’t due to freezer-related technical difficulties. I couldn’t bring myself to finish the rest. I wish I could have enjoyed my cup here, but I honestly didn’t. Of all the times I’ve been to Cold Stone’s this is by far the least memorable experience. I’m not implying they’ve lost my business as a whole. I’ll just know never come back to this particular location and opt for something else instead.
