Clinicas Mi Doctor

This location deserves no stars!!! They take forever on this location. Front desk is so rude. They say they accept walk-​ins but they truly dont. The medicine they give you doesn’t help. I went 4 times in one week. I finally went to the location in plano they gave me a shot. And I was better the next day. This place has bad service, the doctors suck. They are just the worst place you came go. Every time I go I sit there for 3 – 4 hours.

This place deserves 0 stars! Unfortunately I cant leave a review without a rating. I went in on a Saturday because I thought I might have strep throat. The signs on the window clearly says walk ins welcome… but when I told the rude lady at the front that I would like to see the doctor, she asked if I had an appointment. I told her no I was a walk in and she rudely said I needed to make an appointment for the following week. However when I was there noone was in the lobby and it didn’t appear to have any wait. It literally was empty in the waiting room. If I could have waited until the following week, I would have made an appointment with my pcp. This place is a joke and should be shut down.

Worst waiting period ever! What’s the point of making an appointment when you still wait 2 hours plus to be seen. Ridiculous! ! Even though they stay open afrer hours til 10pm. You’d probably have better luck getting in faster at the ER hospital! Horrible!

I didn’t mean to give this place one star, but I couldn’t figure out how to choose no star. I took my newborn for his first checkup. I had called and requested the first appointment of the day. When I got there before the place even opened there was a line outside of sick people. Once they opened the door we were not greeted, the staff placed a blank sheet of paper where people wrote down a name and date of birth. No one greeted the people as the signed in. The place is so insanitary and unsafe for healthy children as they keep you in the waiting area for a long time. Even with the appointment, we waited an hour and a half before we got called in. Once we were called in, the nurse did not measure the baby correctly, she would have us rearrange him more than once. That is her job. The rooms were freezing, tiny, and no where to wash your hands which is all this tacky place made me want to do. Will not go back there, ever.
