Classic Car Sales

I wish I could give them 0 Stars. This place is a SCAM!!! First of all they do their own inspections. They passed my car for inspection but clearly did not inspect the car. For that reason, 3 weeks later I had to spend $ 492 dollars replacing tires. The tires were so bald, windshield wipers dont work, keyless entry doesnt work. Then they falsified my paperwork to add on $ 2000 to my loan (which I am working with an attorney on that). Please beware!!! I filed a complaint with the better business bureau… they didnt even respond. This place sucks!

About a month after me filing a complaint, the manager of the business replied. Now they initially replied with a lot of lies which I didn’t appreciate. It took them about another 2 weeks to reply to my response. In that time my bumper (which had minor damage when I bought the car) completely fell off and the window motor stopped working. I do not blame them for the window motor at all (but only stating that for an overpriced car… I am having a lot of problems with in only 2 months). On the positive side, they did reimburse me for half of the cost of the tires. I just wish it did not take me filing a complaint for me to get any results. Now… in all fairness I contacted the salesperson that I feel scammed me. He ignored me. Once I filed the complaint with the BBB, the manager replied. So maybe the manager did not know what was going on? Who knows. All I can say is I would not recommend them but I did want to report that they did rely and reimbursed me half of my tires.
