Sign and website said open until 10:00pm. Arrived at 9:45pm. Lights and sign were on but door was locked. Employees were inside cleaning. Did not come to door or even attempt to explain why closed early. Just stared, smirked, and talked amongst each other instead. Bottom Line: Will not return and will discourage others from visiting. Don’t both coming here if near closing time. Go to the Gaston location before 9:00pm instead.

Omg they are so rude. I ask for mash potato with gravy on the side and her reply was this is all we got. On top of that chicken was dry like it was left underneath the heat lamp for to long. Smh poor customer service and old chicken.

It was the oddest service, and also rather rude. Come on guys, its just drive-thru fast-food service! My journey begins with. do you have any other specials not listed? There was a pause, and perhaps a giggle from a female… Then finally a male’s voice spoke asking what I wanted to order? I kept it simple and said whatever was their smallest family order. I proceeded to drive up to the window, and again was greeted by a wierd combination of snickering and attitude. not sure what that was all about, but was unsettling. No thanks, will not be going back any time soon.

Been to several Church’s locations, but this one is the most noteworthy. It has a walkup counter with some trippy decorative tile which I really liked. The shops at the streets nearby are also quite… colorful. As far as chicken goes, Church’s does a pretty good job. The only downside is that I believe they still haven’t switched over to the nonhydrogenated oils, hence the reason their chicken is still good. The batter is always fried extra crispy, though they do frequently overcook it, which seems to happen at many of their locations. Prices are pretty decent too. Can’t complain.

Gotta give credit where credit is due. This Church’s Chicken is wonderful, and deserves some recognition! The fried chicken here is consistently some of the best I’ve had in Dallas. Yes, it beats out 99% of all the more expensive, non-chain, dressed up, new American interpretations of good olé fried chicken! The original recipe that has been carried out by the folks at this location is finger licking good, and there’s nothing complicated about the way the chicken is made. Just great flour and seasoned batter, over a layer of egg wash, over not previous frozen chicken, and fried just right. The chicken itself is AWLAYS juicy, well seasoned, and moist. This location is for take out only, and only a glass wall separates the ordering counter from where the magic happens, so you can see how clean and fresh everything is in the kitchen. There are always great deals that saves you a lot of money. The employees here are also really courteous and sweet. No crappy attitudes at all. The surrounding area is a bit shady though but I’ve never had any problems.

I treat myself to churches occasionally. The manager was very nice and it was clean. The chicken was fresh and the guy gave me a size larger cole slaw than i ordered.
