What kind of burrito or taco place runs out of crispy taco shells on a Friday night? Well apparently this place does so no crispy veggie tacos for me. Normally I love Chipotles’s tacos(sorry I’m not a burrito guy and those things are just huge) but I won’t go to this location if they run out of a staple like this. Epic fail on their part.

I think I’m officially done with Chipotle. Sad to say goodbye but I refuse to continually be cheated. Every time I come here the portions get smaller and smaller. I’m afraid the next time I come they’ll only give me one grain of rice, a piece of chicken and send me on my way. The portions get smaller but the price continues to increase. What sense does that make?! Smh. I can’t deal anymore. I love their food but I can’t with these tiny portions anymore. I’m a grown woman not a toddler, give me an adequate amount of food or drop the price. Smh. Farewell

The only reason I gave this Chipotle 3 stars is because it is so dang crowded. It is one of maybe three good eating spots in that retail center. For that reason, it gets insanely busy from all the local office buildings nearby That being said, Chipotle is and always will deliver fresh tasting delicious burritos and bowls. And ultimately, that is all that matters. Definitely get there before or after the lunch crowd though for 5 star experience. ~Carpe Diem~

The reason why I gave this 3 stars and not 5, is because I do consider this a 3 star restaurant. So, that being said, they’ve earned 3 out of 3. Perfect score. This is definitely My kind of «fast food». The guacamole is always on point and fresh. This particular location is clean and efficient. This place is usually packed during lunch hours. The only down side is that I do not feel sexy for the entire day.

This location is always swamped when I go in… I mean every time! I guess that’s a good thing for the business and location but it does make it harder to grab and go. The food is great though, very fresh veggies and meat options. The burrito is a classic and of course the chips and guacamole!

Chipotle offers great quality food and at a reasonable price. But dear god this place is loud. We could hardly hear each other even though we were yelling. This place is one of my wife’s favorites to eat. I don’t care to much about it except for the fact that everything is organic.

I love Chipotle but what I hate having to repeat myself especially if I did everything online. The staff didn’t seem to care much, my order wasn’t ready which really ticked me off, I ended up waiting an additional 12 mins, if this is the case on a regular basis I should have just went through the line, i mean i literally saw people who walked in after me get their food prior to me. This location always seems to be busy, then why not have a staff that could handle the volume of business, and of course the manager was no where to be found… Go figure? But don’t worry I got a free soda, which is exactly what I wanted(sarcasm at its finest)… This wasnt the first time its happened to me, and of course other people were waiting on their online orders as well… Get it together please. Very disappointed.

This place would be a little more enjoyable if they didn’t hurry everyone thru the line. I had to keep repeating myself and finally raised my voice to tell them to SLOWDOWN because they were throwing bowls everywhere. Guac went up $.15 too. Now it’s $ 1.95

Fresh local ingredients that seems to be replicated at nearly every location. This one is particularly busy during all lunch times as it is adjacent to Interstate 75. They keep the seating areas decently clean considering the number of people that come through the door.

This is the Chipotle I come to the most due to its location. The employees are nice. The portions are proper.

I LOOOOVECHIPOTLE!!! I’M TIREDOFCHIPOTLE!!! I’m in one of these phases at all times in my life. The place is so good that I over do it, and start going all of the time. At a certain point, I’ve gone so much that I don’t want to see it for a while. Of course, the bottom line is that it’s good. It’s become my favorite fast food chain, and Chipotle has proven that just because you’re a fast food chain doesn’t mean that you can’t have good food. This particular location is basically like all the other ones, nothing too special about it. One thing that IS different that a lot of other places is the lunch traffic! Trust me, it can be a mad house during the week at lunch time. It’s located right on the corner of a strip mall area which has other eating options located in it. The parking lot gets packed, the dining area gets packed, it can get pretty crazy. But the food, like always, is definitely worth the hustle and bustle. Just in case anyone reading this hasn’t ever been to Chipotle… trust me and try it. Don’t forget, you can order extra tortillas with your bowl for little to no extra charge. That’s my secret to having a bowl AND three tacos! :) Great option for a Vegan as well. The sofritas are an awesome addition to the proteins!

I think I’m going to become the DFW official Chipotle reviewer. Why you ask? Well, I work for a company who has location around the metroplex and on a fairly regular basis when I say, «Lunch?» someone quickly replies with, «Chipotle?» I hit up this fine establishment last night after a particularly strenuous game of volleyball. I had been to this location before, but this visit really sparked my desire to review. I went late enough that there wasn’t a line, but I was really happy to see all of the meats and condiments were freshly filled. It appeared they were training a new employee so I kept it simple. Burrito, chicken, brown rice, pinto beans, and some grilled veggies… corn, red salsa, sour cream, guac, cheese, and lettuce. Yea, that bad boy did not want to roll, but they managed to get the foil around it and into my to-go bag. While I watching my master piece being rolled, I hear the customer behind be start in on the craziest f’in order I’ve ever heard. At some point this complicated crap(which just sounds like an @$$hole plan to get free double meat) get the new girl so flustered that the manager takes over. At this point I leave, but I would bet dollars to doughnuts that d’bag expected his double everything bowl to be free. Love this location and that they keep fresh product coming out even after the dinner rush.

Undercooked chicken and spoiled guac ruined it for me. I’ve been here on several occasions and it used to be really good but they’ve gone down hill the past year and now to me this chipotle is by far the worst.

This place is consistently the worst chipotle. Went in there today 3pm and guy stared me down and made me a scrawny burrito. And I’m the kind of guy that always tips. Not today. Here’s a tip for you, if you don’t like your job, get a new one or a better education.

I have never met a chipotle burrito I didn’t like ;) However, I usually order the soft chicken tacos. I have no idea what they do to their sour cream and cheese, but I could eat that stuff like ice cream. This location is a little difficult to get to, being right off of highway 75. But once you can maneuver your way into a parking spot, your stomach will thank you! P. S. I just found out on this recent trip that you can order double meat for just a few bucks more. What a bargain. The hubs ordered a double steak burrito and it was the biggest burrito I have ever seen.

Food is perfect every time. Staff is nice. I like that it meets the needs of my paleo diet. Steak is always cooked perfectly. I eat here at least twice a week. So many places add sugar to their sauces. Thankfully they do not.

As for Chipotle in general, I’m an addict. Their guac is something amazing, as is their sour cream(what do they do to it to make it so amazingly tasty!!!). I almost always get their barbacoa in a nice bowl with chips for dipping. Oh and that corn salsa is great! Sweet and savory twist to the rest of their fare. Ask for a cheese quesadilla(yes, they make those!). Soooo delicious. As for this location in particular, it’s a little awkward to get out of, depending on which direction you intend to travel. You may have to navigate the entire strip mall parking lot to travel west on Forest. Ah well, it’s worth it. They have a nice, larger patio, but it can get kind of loud out there due to the expressway. They do a good job keeping everything clean, though, even when busy! And they move you through the line relatively quickly, though not as efficiently as other Chipotles I’ve been to. All in all, an enjoyable experience. Parking during the lunch rush can be a real nightmare.

I love Chipotle and I think they should start a frequent customer card or something! Anyways this location is across the street from Medical City Dallas and I was there visiting my grandma, but my sister and I were hungry so we decided to get dinner at this Chipotle. I always get the salad bowl. The two times I was here, 2÷28÷14 and 3÷1÷14, I felt that they did not give me a lot for my bowl. The first time it was not enough lettuce; the second time it was not enough chicken. My brother ordered the burrito on Saturday and he said it was«averaged» size. You know which Chipotle locations gives you a lot for your buck and certain Chipotles cheat you, you know? So this one landed on our«hit or miss» list. Anyways I only ate at this location for convenience, so it was okay.

Chipotle… why must your burritos be so delicious and so high in calories?! I have to limit myself eating here to a few times a month or else I’d explode! The staff is super friendly and there’s always someone cleaning up abandoned tables. It gets crazy busy during the weekday lunchtime. I’ve ordered online for pickup and that’s pretty quick. You get to bypass the huge line and go straight to the register. The brown rice isn’t so bad but it’s usually wet and not fluffy like the white rice. All of the other ingredients are fresh and yummy. The website also lists out the ingredients that are local and those that are GMOs or have hydrogenated oils, etc, so you know exactly what goes in your body!

I’ve been a huge Chipotle fan for over 10 years now. Back to the point where I used to have to drive from McKinney to Plano to get my fix. On my way to move into SMU as a freshman, I stopped by Chipotle and got 3 burritos to hold me over for the next couple of days. So, yes. Huge Chipotle fan. That being said, this location is probably the best managed location I have ever been to. Because of the proximity to several big businesses and hospitals, the lines at lunch are always unreal here. Like, trailing out the door. But don’t turn away from this line. The staff here has food prep down to a science. You won’t be in line for more than 7 minutes. Tops. And I’m not sure if this location is some sort of training ground for managers and cahsiers, because I’ve seen several come and go, but holy shit are they efficient. And to top that off, they are incredibly friendly. As for the food, this location serves the same wonderful, orgasm inducing Chipotle that we’ve all come to love. The real points for this location go to the execution of everything. 10⁄10. Would eat there again.
