One time I went to chilis and I got good service great food so delicious and the games our for a dollar

I came here during lunch time and had to wait more than 20 minutes for my food. I had to rush to make it back to work on time. But the manager was nice and took care of the meal.

I never have a bad time at Chllie’s. Eveytime I come to one it is a good experience. I came from houston to this one because of work. But I have to say it was as good as in Houston. And some of the waitresses are good to look at too.

We eat here often because the service and food is ALWAYS the same, awesome!!!

I ate at this restaurant late in the evening with some family. They were not very busy but our service was absolutely horrible. Our experience there lasted almost 2 hours. My uncle ordered the filet and out come a long thin «steak» (it looked more like uncut fajita meat). Our waitress never came back to check in on us & it took forever just to flag down somebody. The manager didn’t seam to care and was making excuses but he did end up not charging us for the meal. We didn’t order a replacement dish because it took so long the first time. We are most definitely not going back — we always have bad experiences there (slow service) but this one pushed us over the edge.

The new menu is great. The service was a little slow, but it picked up when the lunch crowd dwindled. The queso and chips were delicious. It was a little salty for me, but my guests were fine with the taste. The southwestern egg rolls were cooked to perfection. The fresh new entrees are worth it. The tex mex chicken bowl is packed with good protein and fiber. The chicken is tender and flavorful. The red beans, corn, lettuce, tomatoes, and avocados were fresh and complemented the chicken very well. The rice was also cooked well. Our drinks were refilled right away. The watermelon lemonade is a must try! The server was attentive and kind.

A friend and I met there tonight for a business meeting.
The food was was nice when we finally got to order.
Honestly, the experience would’ve been better if we had a waitress that didn’t neglect us. I understand waitstaff gets busy. I used to work in that area at an early part of my life. But when you take 20 minutes just to get a glass of tea. And even longer for the food, that just becomes a completely bad experience. You could tell she was paying much more attention to other customers than to doing if evenly. An experience that should’ve taken 1 hour was stretched out to almost 2 and a half hours.
When I was able to flag down the manager, I asked him how many tables does waitstaff here get? The manager said 8. (With no questions to follow up on like why do you ask)
Even though the food was good the service was so bad to the point where I can’t see myself ever going back to that location.
Being neglected by any service sucks part of the reason you go to food retail places like that is for service. Good service. I felt cheated.
