I had a good experience here. Our server Juan S was very pleasant. We had to wait a bit for our food but the restaurant was pretty packed. The only major negative about this location is the parking lot. It’s very hard to get into.

I LOVECHILLIES! they have great prices and delicious food. I love most the flat breads and the 8oz prime rib steak. The smothered burritos are new and they are pretty good too. My favorite is the grilled smoked chicken.

The waiter was courteous and attentive. However it took an hour to get 2 salads. This was not a crazy busy night. The restaurant was not full. After about 40 of those minutes the manager came out to tell us he was sorry, they got busy because of another table. Thanks for telling us we matter less than others. So disappointing.

We stopped for a quick early dinner. They are very efficient. We have been to many Chili’s but this was fresh and way up the chart. Great manager. Staff was on top of everything. I love the table checkout.

Came here for lunch during the week since my team wasn’t craving fast food and didn’t want to drive to Bishop Arts or Trinity Groves. The service was pretty subpar and the food was mediocre for a chain, at best. Once we were seated, it took a while for someone to get to us and take our drink orders. On top of slow service, they forgot simple requests. For example, my manager asked for a side of ranch alongside his meal and only after asking twice did they get around to it. Maybe it’s because I have been to a Chili’s in a while, but portions were smaller than average and I think we could have gotten better quality in the chicken my coworker ordered and my salad by going to the Chickfila across the street.

I came here for late lunch during work, was not planing to but I wanted food that was not deep fried and smothered in fat and cheese. The bar was relatively empty and people were doing shots around 1pm so my type of crowd! The bartender took a bit to take my order but I will forgive him :) Food was ok. nothing great. But the stars are for the bartender and the great atmosphere!

I am not one to complain and I rarely get upset to the point where I cancel a restaurant, but I reached my first, only, and hopefully last breaking point. I still feel the steam coming out of my ears just thinking about my first revolting restaurant experience; under no circumstances will I eat at Chili’s in Pinnacle Park again. A few months ago my boyfriend, boyfriend’s mother, myself, along with my daughter came to an agreement to eat dinner at Chili’s after church. It was one hour and fifteen minutes prior to closing when we arrived, and since it was exceedingly packed with invisible people; we were not seated promptly. I would understand the wait staffs’ perfected laziness if we came in five minutes prior to closing; on the other hand, there was enough time to serve us and be out of there in a timely manner. As soon as we realized it was going to be one of those nights, my boyfriend took it upon himself to get our daughter a highchair. Apparently, the entire staff of Chili’s was too occupied helping three customers. At this point in time, we still were not approached by a server to take our drink order. My boyfriend’s mother got tremendously upset and protested to the first employee that walked past the table. Before long, we were expectedly greeted by management and she sincerely apologized for the situation and personally took our beverage order. Before long, three waiters approached the table and awkwardly surrounded us; displaying an obvious amount of animosity and sarcasm. Mounds of spit ran through my brain ferociously from this point on. After impatiently waiting ten to fifteen minutes at the restaurant we finally ordered our entrees. The waitress reassured me that there was no balsamic on the chicken salad when I asked. However, I still had this abominable gut feeling that my salad would not be correct or ultimately tampered with; which proved to be true. I wanted to place complete faith in the adolescent teens’ hands to accurately place my order. Nonetheless, when I get my salad it’s saturated in balsamic dressing. After complaining again for the fourth time the incompetent waitress took the salad back to the kitchen in hopes to resolve the problem. I abruptly received this unexplainable wave of feeling in the pit of my stomach; something intentionally deceptive was going to happen to my order. Having a bird’s eye view of the kitchen I could clearly see everything. I sat and watched in complete and utter dismay as the, hypothetically speaking, qualified cook nonchalantly placed his hands in my salad, scooped up the top layer of drenched balsamic chicken, and placed it on top of my apparently fresh made salad. As I witnessed the transaction between the cook and the aware waitress; my jaw dropped to the core of the earth, knowing this delivery was exclusively for me. Now, when I have open opportunities to tarnish this location I do it like there is no tomorrow. I give thanks to Internet’s social networks i.e.
and . Without social networking I wouldn’t be able to express to the world my first dreadful restaurant experience, and since this incident I have not stepped foot in the Pinnacle Park Chili’s. It’s apparent these servers are not well compensated and it shows through their customer service; or option two, they’re downright lethargic.

I have never walked away from this place unhappy. I can’t say the same about Applebees however. They are starting to disappoint me. Anyway, back to our happy place. Whenever I want a decent burger or some ribs, this place comes into consideration. I don’t go often because my waistline ends up paying the price, but it’s a price worth paying. No, don’t tell me the calories in that burger. Ignorance is bliss.
