Don’t go here. Just don’t. My coworkers and I placed a fair sized to go order(it was for four people, so four drinks/sides/entrees. Nothing crazy huge). When my friend got back from picking it up, we realized they forgot the drinks. Not her, she didn’t realize there were more drinks and hadn’t checked the receipt. I called them and they offered a free dessert for the hassle. So back we go for our drinks. Come back 20 minutes later to work(keep in my mind we have a 40 minute lunch) and realize everyone who ordered shrimp got chicken.(Tex mex bowls). At that point the food was getting cold and some of us had to get back to work. So the nice day of the 4 of us getting to have lunch together(which never happens and Friday was an anomaly) was totally ruined by CHilis screwing up the order 2x. Also the free dessert was stale and gross. So not worth it. I will never go back.

My friends and I were excellently served and attended by the host Trevon! Not only did he greet us so kindly he brought us our drinks very quickly! He did more than an average host and served us more than our actual waitress. My friends and I were highly impressed and satisfied.

Look at your chicken bowl! The staff was rude(the to-go waitress looked at me for 5 – 8 minutes before she offered any assistance), your manager wouldn’t accommodate another customer’s complaint. Instead she discussed the situation with the kitchen staff, in my ear shot. Thanks for nothing, Wont be going back to this location.

I am not going to bore you with the details of my horrible experience at this Chili’s. Enough people have said it all before me over and over. What does surprise me is that Chili’s corporate seems to be willing to let this level of crappy service go on indefinitly. The bad reviews have been coming in since nearly day one and still nothing is done to bring this restaurant to the same standards that the majority of Chili’s location provide every day. My best advice to fellow diners is to run far away from this train wreck.

Horrible!!! It took 30 min. Before someone asked what we wanted to drink, the orders came out pretty quick, but since we came in, there are dirty tables everywhere!!! It’s a Tuesday at 8PM seriously!!! It’s not busy by any means, the waitress never even brought us refills. The Table behind us dirty, tables across from us dirty, the two front tables that were dirty when we got here are still dirty and it’s an HR. Later !! Mike Reddish is the GM, they should reconsider management! It’s a shame I have to give a star to post a review.

run dont walk away. i went in this place at 2pm on a weekday and every table in the bar was not bussed i accidentally almost sat at at a table that had not been cleaned just pre bussed. the floor was nasty i had to walk over trash(napkins, food, ect) the empty glass with trash in it sitting on the host stand should of been my first clue. here is the worst part of my short visit. i was greeted by the manager(at the host stand) who said i could sit anywhere in the bar, after sitting for 3 mins i headed to the door found the manger and told him it was disgusting in here. he said i didnt know. i said isnt it your business to know and asked him if he noticed the trash on the host stand. seriously a nasty and horrible excuse for a resaurant. they have no standards and are an insult to the chili’s and brinker name. my advise clean house or close the doors. and this is a gm and dm problem they set the standards. the worst part is corp is in dallas … please see for yourself.

This must be the world’s worst Chiles. People are literally coming in and walking out again. Someone seriously need to do a mystery visit to this place and have the district manager fire the whole crew.

1. I’ve been here thrice till now. 2. The first visit took me 2 hours 3. The second time it took us a total of 2 and half hours 4. The third time we walked in waited to get seated. 10 minutes and Noone took care of us. Then a guy in street clothes comes by takes us to a dirty table and goes off. Another 15 minute wait and nobody even comes by to ask us anything. So we wait, ask a waitress for service. She says alright hold on and walks off. 5 minutes later we just walked out as we’d spent all our lunch hour waiting with zilch service and hungry. We ended up walking to the Chick-fil-A across. Service time there:5 minutes in total till we got our food. Even if it’s not the kind of food you want, please save yourselves the time, disgusting service and third rate food by walking(or even crawling) to get something from the Chick-fil-A or Aldi. This Chili’s needs to be shunned like the plague.

Went here for lunch today and it was a pretty bad experience. It took forever for our waiter to take the order once we had been seated. Then it took a while for the drinks to come. Our food took even longer. Problem was the food was only medium warm and we still had no silverware!

should have read the reviews before going to this place. went with a group of 3 and when i got there the place was half full(or half empty). i told the hostess that we are a party of 4 and she told us it was going to be a half to an hour wait. i thought she was joking. i asked if we could just sit in the bar area instead and the one table that was empty was dirty. she cleaned the table for us and we sat near the tvs. the server was so busy socializing that it took forever for her to take our order, deliver our order and get us the bill. won’t be bak.

Mike Reddish– GM, this one is for you. Today on my lunch break, 3 fellow coworkers and myself went this location in order to get some quick grub. We arrived at 11:18am. We waited and eventually sat ourselves. A gentleman named Jermaine finally greeted us and he was fantastic! He was enthusiastic and knowledgeable and made us forget we sat ourselves. We ordered at 11:29 with Le-Le but never saw her again because a third person came to see us. I don’t remember her name in the shuffle but she wore quite a bit of make up(sorry). She was very nice and apologetic but we didn’t get any food for another 20 mins. We ordered salad, burger bites, and 2 soups. None of these are extensive to make yet we were finally brought meals at 12:15 in to go boxes. We had already used the ore payment ziosk(which was very convenient) but when we asked to speak to the mgr, we were told«he’s helping cook in the back.» Hmmm I wonder what he looks like bc we NEVER saw him. To make a bad experience worse we called thrice afterwards to get information but the phone was busy the first time, we were hung up on the second time, and we finally spoke to a lady the third time. If it wasn’t for Jermaine and the third waitress/bartender, all would have been lost. We won’t be returning but we do hope those servers are acknowledged by the mgr, if he truly exists.

When I go to Chili’s there are certain expectations. For example, I know I’m not getting a gourmet feast or some amazingly concocted gastronomical invention. However, I do expect somewhat amiable staff and servers who will APOLOGIZE for spilling water on a patron. Our pleasant experience with the friendly host at the front was quickly cut short when our server spilled two cups of water all over the table. My coworker jumped up as to avoid the flood onto his pants(which would have resulted in some awkward looks). Our server had little reaction. «Did it getcha?» No apology. She simply took her towel and wiped the water, ice and all, onto the floor. Then moved us(still no apology) to a neighboring booth, dumped our utensils from the now-wet table onto our new table, and left. And the water remained dangerously on the floor. The entire time we were there… which ended up being a while since our food came out so slowly. While we waited for new water, I watched several servers carrying full trays of food sidestep the slippery water. It was never cleaned up, and it was definitely in a high-traffic area for both patrons going to the restroom and staff going to the kitchen. While I absolutely understand that accidents happen(being a klutz myself), an apology would have sufficed and we would have continued on with our meal with no problem. But unfortunately, our unapologetic server was also surly, prefacing her order-taking with a grunt of «You ready?» No smiles, no apology, no baseline cordiality. Food took forever, making us almost late for work. When we asked to talk to the manager, it took a while, since he had to fix another issue with another table’s order. After telling him the story, he gave us an apology and asked what he could do to make it better. His indignant response to our request to take care of some of the check: «Well, I’m not going to pay all of it!» Unbelievable. This is definitely an issue from the top down. Good leadership would show with the staff. The Chick-fil-A across the street has service a billion times better.

Wow, this place is a hot mess! The waiters are all kids(ours asked me what a «Bloody Mary» was), the kitchen is slow, the management non-existent. No silverware on table, and when asked, we were brought plastic. Let’s see. Ice-cold wings, cold quesadillas, bad Bloody Mary… I’ve never been to a Chili’s before. are they all this awful?

I stopped by this location after a light workout to get a salad. The options sounded quite appetizing so I chose the Caribbean Salad. I got home, opened my salad and found that some of the listed ingredients were not there. The salad was good, but I did not receive what I paid for, and that’s not okay. In addition to the above faux pas, the staff member at the«to go» counter needs more customer service training, and some coaching on professionalism. Just sayin!

Everyone here is so nice! I’ve only been to do promos here, so I’ve never actually been a patron. The patrons are really nice though and willing to work with us, and the staff are beyond amazing. Everyone is so nice and willing to help us out with refilling our shots or pointing us in the right direction. Even though it’s a bit of a drive for me to get up to Grapevine, I enjoy the atmosphere. There’s an outdoor patio which is super fun and has a small stage for live music, there are a ton of tv’s for sports to watch(duh, it’s a sports bar!), and a stage inside for live music. The times I’ve been there, the music has been fantastic. Parking is somewhat an issue. I got a spot right away the first time I came, but the second I was unable to find a spot. There is a public parking lot across Main Street for overflow, and even though Main Street is a large street, I was able to get across without too much fuss. I wouldn’t mind going to Chill and trying some of the food sometime, it all looks and smells so fabulous. The girls and I always talk about wanting to order when we are working because everything looks so enticing! If I lived in Grapevine, I think this would be a spot I go to.

Sometimes the service is good; sometimes it’s not. Usually just depends on who you get. If ordering takeout make sure to check your order. You may be missing something. I do like sitting in the bar area.

Actually wish I could put zero stars due to the fact that a cleaner had to take our orders and our actual waitress hasn’t seen us in roughly 45 minutes. THISISTHEWORSTCHILISIVEEVERBEENTOO!!!
