CellTech was GREAT they came through for me when my phone was in despair… like literally my phone wasn’t working, they are great they repaired my phone and it works as if it is new again I will always recommend them

When I first came in they helped me immediately. They were also honest about if my phone screen, being completely cracked, would be replaceable. The service was quick and efficient, I would absolutely recommend this place of business.

The service was great. Staff here are knowledgeable and kind. They took their time to explain the products and help you with all of your questions. Very courteous and professional as well as fast service!

Love the service they provide. I went in a for a cell phone cover and walked out with exactly the one I wanted! And it was a great deal. Thanks for the smiling faces!

I took my phone in to CELLTECH at the Galleria on August 17^th to have the screen replaced. The next week I started having issues with the color in the center of the screen. Today, I noticed the screen was coming away from the phone at the top. I took it back in to talk to them about and they told me I could pay another $ 100 to replace the screen. When I had it replaced they told me the screen had a 1 year warranty. Now, they are saying that the warranty is void because the screen is coming apart from the phone. This just doesn’t seem right to me. I would not recommend the services of CELLTECH.
UPDATE: I received a call from a Customer Service Rep for CELLTECH and she told me they would be able to fix my phone the next day. I brought it in at the agreed upon time and they fixed it, as well as replacing the tempered glass cover I purchased from them. With the service I received today, I can now recommend CELLTECH.
UPDATE 2: So about a month after they replaced the screen the second time it started to separate from the phone again. It has been about 2 months since the second repair and from time to time the screen won’t detect my finger. I know the replacements aren’t perfect, but I thought it would be better. If I could do it again I would have gone somewhere else and will probably have to.

Dropped my phone on vacation, guy Has done a excellent job, I am impressed how Professional and Quick Service. They know what they doing !!! Highly recommended !

Oscar did a great job at fixing my shattered iPhone. it took less than 30 minutes and it works wonderfully.

Oscar did a great job! My iPhone died — and I spent lots of time at the Apple Store. I upgraded to the 6, but wanted to resurrect my 5 to get some data off it (I know, I know… it should have been backed up!) and to be able to clean it and then sell it.
In the end, Oscar pinpointed the cause of my iPhone 5 problems, and remedied it quickly (much faster than the time i spent at the Genius Bar trying to sort it out earlier in the week) and ‘cheaply,’…was about 25−30% less expensive than the quote from Apple.
All in all, I give Oscar two thumbs up! Thanks, Oscar!!!

What good is a cell phone repair company that can NOT repair your phone properly? I brought in an iPhone 5s with a cracked screen and the nice little lady did a good enough job with that, although when I received my phone I discovered the headphone jack was not working now as if it was bypassed when you plug in an ¹⁄₈^th inch cable. I returned and they wouldn’t fix it and suggested it was my software. So I upgrade my software and it still does not work. I then return yet again to attempt to fix this problem and the nice little lady won’t own up to breaking my headphone jack while she fixed my screen. Furthermore she says she can’t fix it anyways due to a lack of parts and skill to perform the task. So let me ask you again, what good is a cell phone repair shop that can’t repair our phone? In addition it’s more expensive than other places. Do yourself a favor and avoid the headache of using this store’s services.
