Cebolla Fine Flowers

Customer service was just not there. Called and emailed about a issue with an online order that was not close to what was pictured online. They do offer a guarantee, but they don’t stand by that. I have not had an issue with them before, and actually loved previous arrangements. But customer service is what keeps clients coming back. Very Disappointed!!!

AMAZING! My husband has sent me flowers from cebolla twice in the last few months. I simply cannot do justice in describing how gorgeous and fragrant these flowers have been! The arrangements are stunning and last for such a long time! I am a huge fan and if he ever buys flowers from anyone else, I will be incredibly disappointed!!! (He says it’ll never happen because cebolla make him look too good!!)!!

I spent nearly $ 100 on a succulent arrangement for my dear, sweet boss on boss’ day. I went the extra mile by using Cebolla because I knew she’d think it was extra great if it was from Cebolla. Well… the arrangement is kind of the joke of the office now. it has BUGS in it! They’re everywhere and have been since DAY ONE. My boss (who literally puts in 80 hours a week) finally found 2 minutes today to call Cebolla hoping they’d be willing to replace the plant or deliver something to fix it. NOPE! Not willing to help. SO disappointed. Bad customer service and Deliverer of BUGS!!! overpriced bugs.

We went with Cebolla for our wedding arrangements and Morgan was a gem. I loved our arrangements and she was expedient with her e-​mail communication (communication was very important to me when planning the wedding).
I liked their work so much (very rustic and earthy) that I went back to get one of their succulents in a birch box for my office. I like the vibe of this place. I think they could use some better advertising and maybe slightly different floor space plans but their work and product arrangements alone set them apart from the pack. I want them around for good.

Best florist in Dallas. I have been using them for years and I am never disappointed.

My experience with this florist was terrible! They double booked my appointment, so after driving 45 plus minutes– we were turned away. No apology, no phone call after, no trying to reschedule. Nothing! The staff was rude and not helpful in ANY way. If they are this disorganized then how will they handle a wedding? No way would I use them!

I was a little disappointed about delivery (they were sent a day late, not really a good option when the flowers were to commemorate a death anniversary). BUT the recipient gushed about how gorgeous they were, so it’s all relative.

Hands down, I think Cebolla does the most beautiful floral work in Dallas! Their arrangements are creative and fresh and always exquisitely beautiful. They also have great customer service, with very nice, knowledgeable salespeople working in their shop. I’ve encountered the same couple of salespeople there for many years so Cebolla must also treat its employees well.
When I have a dinner party or luncheon, I usually take my containers to them (though all of my containers, I think, at some point or another originated with Cebolla). I give very little direction to the designers apart from color scheme as I want them to use whatever will result in the prettiest arrangement. I have never been disappointed; in fact, it is always a treat to see the flowers when they arrive!
I give a Valentine luncheon every year, and I am always certain that the flowers can’t possibly be as pretty as they were last year. Each year Cebolla outdoes themselves. Highly recommend!
