Good pizza, fast delivery. Ordered The Works pizza and 2 house side salads. Very small servings of salad, but a nice fresh spring mix and the house dressing is tasty. Plenty of toppings and nicely flavored crust.

Used to be a great pizza, although very pricey($ 14.00 for a small cheese pizza). Went in the last 2 weeks and the pizza was so overpowered with garlic, that you couldn’t taste the cheese on the pizza!!! There are much better alternatives for under $ 10. Won’t be back.

Love, love, LOVE Carmine’s! Carmine’s is easily the best pizza in Far North Dallas, and probably the best in all of Dallas. Not only is their pizza god but their pasta is to die for! They’re affordable and quickly to have your order out. Make sure you go for Wine Wednesday since it’s half off wine bottles. They will deliver anything on the menu, including BEERANDWINE!

I’ve been here on several occasions for a lunch and the food is great. I’ve had calzones every time I’ve gone and haven’t had a bad one. The dinner prices are a bit much for what it is, but for lunch this is a solid deal.

I still find the pizza delicious, but tonight we ordered three pizzas for $ 75 and two of the pizzas were pretty thoroughly incorrect. My son did not get to eat at all for one mistake and the others were pickable. We called to complain and the front lady was rude and hung up. Then my son called and spoke to the owner manager and he just flat hung up. At average of 24 dollars per pizza, you would think they’d make them right and not treat us rudely and hang up twice.

The only reason I give them one star is because you have to. I would actually give a zero. Racist owner and he no customer service. Berates customers and makes racist comments. He has anger and aggression problems. I would not spend a damn dime at that place. Don’t bother wasting your money or time at this crap hole.

It’s one of the 2 best NY style pizza places in Dallas. My favorite is the Mediterranean pizza. The pies are HUGE and the costs reflect that, but it’s so well worth every penny!

I have never been treated so bad as my last experience at carmines. The owner operator told me to leave when I asked just one time the status of my order. I think that is a fair question after 25 minutes when I was told it would take 15 to 20 minutes. Next time I know better and I will go back to Campisi’s across the street where my delicious pizza came out on time as promised in a beautiful restaurant.

For Unilocalers I rarely give 5 stars. Our large delivery pizza was $ 32.00. I called the shop before I tasted it because WTHeck that is expensive. After I tasted it-Wow-worth every penny. This pizza is perfection if you like REAL Italian sausage. Fresh mushrooms and a great thin crust. This is my only pizza place for delivery going forward. Do not confuse this location with other Carmine locations. It is 100:00 better.

Although I can’t vouch for delivery or their coupons, which seem to be getting the most complaints, I can discuss the consistency of their food and service. I’ve been here a handful of times and haven’t really changed my opinion since the review I wrote a year ago. This place was great for a large group — I think we had 14? on a Monday night. We combined several tables and some of us ordered drinks prior to food since we were waiting for other people to show up. They have a good selection of beers — including Revolver Blood & Honey. The rest of our party, including some first timers and other veterans, all seemed to enjoy their food for the most part(see Victoria W.‘s review). The birthday boy and I knew we wanted just a plain crispy cheese pizza from here and that’s exactly what we got. And it was delicious! The female cashier was super pleasant and wasn’t the least bit annoyed with putting the birthday cake in the fridge or other pesky requests I made.

Came to Carmine’s for a birthday party and was a little weary…(Being a Unilocal snob, I never frequent a place place less than 4 stars…), but I’m so glad I tried it! the NY style pizzas are delicious! The ooey gooey cheese that stretches for miles makes me salivate just thinking about the delicious dinner I’ve just ingested. I shared 2 large pizzas with 4 other friends. We got the Hawaiian and the Works(subbed chicken for sausage, so it’s «healthier…»). DELECTABLE! The house dressing for the side salad is also so good! It’s this amazing pesto-vinaigrette. Mmmmmm… I will definitely be back because I love pizza and their pizza is ! I guess I was lucky. We were here on a Monday night and there were not a bunch of other patrons. Our large party of 18 and a few regulars it seemed. We got really great service from both the manager and cashier! The manager even came to help bus our table so we’d have room for the cake we brought!

NY style pizza made perfect. Calzones are unbelievable. Great pasta dishes and good variety of sauces. Food is usually pretty hot when delivered.

We ordered a pizza for delivery. It was undercooked and soggy and all the toppings were off to the side, like it had been dropped. I called the store and spoke to the manager about it and he was the rudest person I have ever encountered in my life. He argued with me from the very beginning and was not listening to what I was saying. He told me to not eat the pizza because he was going to make a new one and he was going to make the delivery girl eat the pizza we had. He said it would take an hr. When I told him that we were hungry he kept yelling over and over«I am a professional and you need to listen to me! Do not eat that pizza!!!» He was screaming the whole time on the phone, I had it on speaker phone and my whole family was appalled. We finally hung up on him. We will NEVER order here again.

The service here is HORRIBLE. The manager is RUDE and DEGRADING to customers. Would NEVER go here again. They also don’t accept any coupons they have posted online. The pizza is GREASY and was served COLD. Would rather pop a DiGiorno in the oven than go back here.

I was ASSAULTED by the manager here for no reason. I purchased pizza from this place online. There were also coupons online. However, no where online could you order without paying but the coupons said to show at the register with no other disclaimer. I went to get pizza, and asked since there was no way to pay at store for online order, could I use coupons now, he said no. I said the coupon says to just show at register, he said you have to call in. I said no where on website did it say to call in in order to use coupons, he said legally he doesn’t have to and that he only had to say what the offer was and he wasn’t liable for anything the coupon did not say regarding terms and conditions. I said well the coupon says in order to use, all I have to do is show at register. He then proceeded to insult me and call me stupid. After his insults, I asked if he could refund the order and charge me again this time with the coupons.(Note: at this time nor any other time during this entire altercation did I insult him, threaten him, or do anything to provoke him) He said sure you can refund it, grabbed the pizza, and told me to get the hell out of here without giving me a refund. His wife behind him(assuming his wife) kept trying to get him to calm down. I said I wasn’t leaving without the pizza or refund. He then preceded to throw the salad at me, cuss me out, come out behind the counter, push me, step on my feet, and force me out of the store. I showed no resistance, I never insulted or confronted him in anyway, never raised my voice, or gave him any reason to provoke him. HEASSAULTEDME. This happened to me less than 30 mins ago and I am still debating on whether or not I am going to go back and press charges. I have never received such unexcusable service in my entire life, all for a 2 dollar coupon.

My heart is broken. I have been eating here for 28 years. Seriously, through high school, for holiday parties and football season, and even for baby showers. My husband was in Iraq with the 101st Airborne Division and upon his return from a war his request was pizza here. To say we are huge Carmine’s fans is an understatement. You can understand why I am so upset then when you learn that we will not be eating here anymore. We ordered from here in January of 2015. The pizza was delivered with the wrong toppings, late and STONECOLD. The salad, without the extra dressing we paid for. So, we called and were told we would get a discount upon our next order. A few weeks later, we called to order and were told we could only claim the 40% discount if we came and picked the food up. Again, please remember the order was WRONG, COLD and LATE. It was horrible, but we blamed it on a bad night and moved on. Fast forward a few months and we have still eaten there, both delivery and at the restaurant. We were told, however, that this 40% discount couldn’t be given to us unless Michael was in the restaurant. So, we just kept waiting until he was in store. Tonight was the night. My husband called and asked for Michael. He told us the offer had«expired» and then had a yelling match with my husband. He then HUNGUP on my husband. Clearly we did not eat there tonight. Fast forward and again, I am broken hearted. The food here is great and if that’s all that matters to you then order away. If, however, you also value good customer service, it’s time to move on. This is the WORST customer service ever. We didn’t ask for the meal to be replaced for free. We didn’t even demand half off. But on principal, we wanted some sort of discount and were fine with the random 40% offered. Even after telling Michael we have been loyal customers for 28 years, he still insisted on being rude and arrogant. Out of fairness, I plan on reaching out to the owner to ensure he is aware his restaurant is being represented by Michael and his horrendous personality(yes, I said it) and insulting manner. If he is not aware, I promise to amend, as again, the food is great. If the owner is okay with treating loyal customers(of almost 3 decades) in this way, then my broken heart will just turn to pure disgust. My final word: If you want to eat food served by a total a-hole, this is your spot.

AWESOMEPIZZA! The crust is what does it. I go for plain pepperoni or sausage. I don’t go here enough; maybe 3 – 4 times a year. It costs an bit more, but well worth it. Get the largest they got, because this stuff taste just as good left over! But be warned, the box is huge!

Apparently I was wrong. I had been going here since I was a kid and it was nothing like it was when I went there last. The pizza was floppy, greasy, soggy and there was barely any sauce. When I tried to pick up a piece of the pizza, all of the toppings fell off along with the cheese. This place used to be amazing but the price was ridiculous the customer service was crappy at best and the pizza is awful. I’m not coming back here.

Carmine’s is one of my favorite pizza joints mainly because its so close to home and everything about this place is fresh. I have to admit that I was a bit upset that each and every time I came, the place was slow but lately I think that has changed. The last time I visited I saw a two huge parties and the nice cashier boy helped me get my 3 large pizzas into the car. My favorite pizza has got to be their pepperoni mushroom. It’s just the bees-knees from the crust to the sauce and the fresh ingredients. Their older staff doesn’t talk much to me but I don’t really mind that. Everyone is just chilling. OH and a good tip is: If you’re ordering togo… don’t forget to ask for the cheese and peppers and garlic! They don’t put it in there for you.
