I have lived here a year so far and it has been quiet affordable and have overall enjoyed my stay at Cambridge Court Apartments! The staff is really kind and they have a great maintenance team that take care of all your needs and issues that come up.

I definitely agree with most of the reviews on here. We looked at a unit here today, and I found the staff to be a little condescending. Also, the requirements for applying are outrageous! This place is not exactly glamorous, yet they require you to make 5 times the rent as your monthly income. If I made $ 60,000 a year, I would not live here. Also they require your vehicle to look a certain way. My truck is an older vehicle and is slightly worn looking, so I would not be able to live here. The woman I was dealing with was assuming I knew nothing about credit, and was not very helpful. This seems like a cheap place to live in a bind, but only if you make $ 5,000 a month and drive a nice car. Good luck.

The office and maintenance staff are helpful and friendly. The grounds are well kept on the outside and decently well on the inside. They do regular pest control and I have not had a problem with bugs in my entire time at Cambridge.

I wish I don’t have to move here. It is too late that I already signed one year lease, paid the deposit, etc. I’m screwed. The good part of this apartment is that the rent is affordable. The rest of the application process is not professional. They want you to have money 5x times rent in your bank account. That is ridiculous!!! People who make a lot of money wouldn’t live here! The staffs need to get things together and explain all the requirement of new tenants before people signed the lease. Vanessa, the first lady assisted me told the wrong info. I didn’t get to see the unit I signed up for. The tour of the apartment, of course, is always good as a first impression. The staffs promised to call me back for a follow up news about my rental history, but they DIDN’T do so. In conclusion, they’re nice before you move in. Please don’t move in here. The foundation is built poorly. There are uneven elevation each level of the apartment. Trust me… My apartment ceiling bends in the living room. I can hear my neighbor upstairs walking, talking, and stomping. I requested a bed bug control, no one in the office called the pest control. They said that they already called and made the appointment, but really no pest control guy came over to my unit. They may give a good impression on the tour of the apartment, but OMG! once you live here, you’re screwed. Also… I have requested more than 4 maintenance requests in a year! Faucets leaked. Things are painted over, not fixed. Who said it’s quiet??! It’s next to REI. I can hear truck loading stuff at 4 or 5 in the morning.

This is a great property honestly for the price that you pay but the only problem is unprofessional, discourteous, and very rude property manager«Chris.» She might treat you nice on the first day but that will be the only time when you get treated nicely. After that, She will show you her real side, «I DONTCARE so SCREWYOU.» She will never even bother saying you«hi.» It is really unfortunate to be treated like that considering that its your and mine money that keeps her employed. Anyway, the property has elevators, on-site laundry, gym, good economical rooms for the price but a VERYCHEAP carpet. They charge you $ 50 once you move out and they shave old carpet… i mean they shave the stains, cigarette ashes’s burnt spots… you will know more about it once you will move in. But i guess, its acceptable as long as Chris takes care of her attitude. Great parking, secure for families, no noise.
