Burger King

I walked over from my hotel after 9 PM the gentleman working or very pleasant, The restaurant look clean I got fresh hot food. Are you still working at Burger King so my standards they did a great job.

DO NOT come here after 2am! When we pulled up there was one other car and now I know why… We sat at the menu for 15 minutes before someone took our order. We then waited for 10 minutes at the window for our food. If you have time to waste late at night, come here… If not, find better options!

By far the rudest customer service experience. Ordered my food in the drive-​through, had to repeat my order three times because of the language barrier, was overcharged for a meal I did not order, then had to return my order to receive the correct one. While at the window, the lady was more interested in talking to another employee then listening to me. Plus she wouldn’t look at me while I was trying to explain what was wrong with my order. Actually had her back to me most of the time! Never even acknowledged me personally and acted like I was an inconvenience to her. Burger King should be ashamed of this location.

The manager took our order walked away to the drive thru window getting screamed at by a family that I believe was waiting at the drive thru order menu for 10 minutes. She said she’s the only one working, we are still standing at the counter I ask the lady mopping if she can atleast get our bottled waters we ordered since we had been waiting 10 min I said. She stopped mopping & serviced our full order before the manager could even finish the family’s drive thru order. Employee Theresa should be the manager of this location. Especially when you hear the manager on duty say she’s the only one working. Seems like she doesn’t know human resources or schedules. The guy in line after us was still at the counter when we were leaving and Theresa was servicing him alone.

I will NEVER EVER come to this location again. My entire order was wrong and when I requested they fix it the lady started to get an attitude and claimed they were out of food… SERIOUSLY???
And make sure you get your change and it’s correct… she tried to say she have me my change when she didn’t and then short-​changed me when she did finally give me my refund!

They never have any specials here anymore. I used to grab a handful of whoppers from here for my buddies now and then but … no more =(
