I stopped after visiting my daughter at hospital and when I got to window to pay their system was down so he asked if i had cash which i didnt cause i dont carry cash… I was very shocked that he made me give my food back because any time I have ran into same situation at BKs and other fast food places they have always let me have my food because it wasn’t something that I could control… won’t be returning to this location

After several weeks of stopping for breakfast at this location, I had to stop after I saw an employee open a package of fruit for my oatmeal WITHHISTEETH! He then put the fruit in my oatmeal and attempted to serve it to me. I pointed it out to him and he remade the order. Regardless of how careful he was the second time around, I could not eat the food. I will not be back.

I ordered a large onion rings to go with my sandwich. BK never provides special condiment packets, so you have to ask for them. I said«Can I please have a couple of the onion ring sauce?» She replied«No — only one per customer.» Is BK hurting that badly that they have to ration the condiments? They already switched to the teeniest little cardboard cups for ketchup, which invariably means that if you push the ketchup pump-plunger thingy more than a half an inch, ketchup sprays everywhere except the little cup. The odd thing is that they remodeled here so where did THAT money come from? I guess the condiment budget… it must have been because my chicken sandwich had about a teaspoon of sauce on it. Dry as the desert. Shame.

They got my order very wrong, they gave me the wrong kind of burger with everything that I told them not to put on it, on it. I had to drive all the way back to get my correct order and they still got it wrong. I didn’t get an apology from anyone, the manager looked at me and didn’t say a word. Horrible customer service. And the only reason I gave a star is because I ate the burger.

Fast, accurate service. For a slow Saturday lunch, I did have to repeat my order three times at the drive-thru, but the staff delivered my combo meal correctly. With fresh cooked fries to boot.
