I just moved to Dallas two years ago and bought a home in University Park. I was referred to BTX by a neighbor. We had BTX come over and customize the curtains in the living room and in the master bedroom. The first year they looked great and worked like a well-​oiled machine. Nowadays they are slow, very slow. Half the times I cannot even get them to open and it is just easier to manually open them. I have tried to call them to tell them about the issues twice and both times I never received a call back. I get it, you do not want to deal with an unhappy customer, but I spent a ton of money on these motorized curtains and I would expect better customer service. I do not recommend these guys, sorry.
