Brothers NY Pizza

Never ever will I order from this place again. My order took 2 hours– they were very unprofessional!!! The order was wrong Sand they didn’t bring half our order and would not refund! They blamed everyone and everything for their issues. Horrible– horrible! 2 delivery men showed up and basically threw our food at us. They told us to wait for them in the garage.

Best pizza ever! So happy they are down the street from our house. Whenever we need a late nite snack, we always rely on Brothers to make us happy!

The pizza is absolutely delicious! I normally don’t eat thin crust but this pizza rocks and it’s fantastic! The chicken fettuccine alfredo is delicious!!! This place is definitely worth checking out! Great food after drinks! The staff are friendly and do their best to make sure you’re happy!

*DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM HERE* Waited over 2 hours. Driver shows up with some cold fettuccine alfredo and NO PIZZA. Driver acted shady and ran back to the car to check. Came back with no pizza and no excuse, no call to the store, NOTHING. Called the store and it rang and rang and rang and the voicemail box was full. This place will be out of business soon just like Original Italian Café.

Ordered delivery and with the estimated time for delivery was 45 min and when an hour and 15 min has passed I called the restaurant and they said they ran out of pizza and wasn’t able to fulfill my order. I didn’t order pizza and they never called me to let me know that they’re weren’t able to deliver!!!

I ordered a pizza it was not cooked correctly and when they were contacted refused to refund or replace pizza. Horrible customer service.

If you’re going to offer late night delivery, you should be staffed and capable of delivering within a timely manner. I ordered through Seamless last night. After over an hour of waiting… I gave up and went to bed. This is ridiculous. There are plenty of other options out there that can meet the customer’s need. No one should ever have to wait for more than 30 minutes for delivery. If you can’t handle that you aren’t staffed well or you shouldn’t be in business. I won’t be trying Brothers NY Pizza again.

I placed a delivery order but didn’t receive everything. They left out an entire entrée, and they didn’t even bring utensils. I called to let them know I didn’t receive everything, and they started yelling at me, telling me I was being rude, and said I was lying. They refused to issue a partial refund, and then hung up on me.
The food wasn’t even that good.
Wish I had read the other bad reviews beforehand. Dallas, this is one to avoid.

Took over an hour & 45 min to get my order. I called at hour and half and they acted like i was bugging them and said there’s a Cowboys game… news flash hire more people or up your staff during a game. Worst part when the pizza arrived half of the pizza toppings had slide over to one side of the pizza; it was mushy and nasty and we ended up throwing the whole thing in the trash.

Admittedly, I have never eaten here, although I tried on Monday. I was stuck at work and needed to order delivery. Wanting something different, I decided to give Brothers NY Pizza a try. I went to their website and ordered online. (In hindsight, I should have gone through Unilocal). I payed with paypal, received a confirmation email… all was on track. Until my order didn’t show up. 1−½ hours later I tried to call them to see what the holdup was. No answer. I called for another hour. Never got through. So the next day I pulled my bank statement showing that my pay pal payment had gone through and printed out my confirmation order and drove to the store to talk with the manager and get my money back. THEY WERE CLOSED! Are you kidding me? No idea if it is temporary or not, but shut your online ordering system down and stop taking people’s money if you are closed!!! (I know for a fact they have been closed the last 3 days now) This has to be illegal. Just a warning to anyone that is thinking of ordering.

Ordered angel hair pasta and plain cheese thin crust. Good ol’ foldable pizza and not too heavy on the cheese.
I can’t comment on the pasta because I didn’t get a bite before my boyfriend finished it.

Found this lurking in my drafts collection. I kicked off some dust and polished it up a bit, but, this was my true experience here.
Local owned hole in the wall. My first visit was a good one. The owner was there and doing the cooking. My slice was really good as was the service. I must’ve gotten lucky that day because every other visit has been a disappointment. The pizza is pre-​made, and, re-​heated when you want a slice. Other times I’ve been in here and the two dudes working are very slow at waiting on you. It’s like there’s no team work. If the guy at the counter is on the phone expect to stand there and wait until he is finished with his conversation before getting your order placed. The other guy will just stand in the back waiting for your order so he can package up the pre-​made re-​heated sup par food. MEH. Just go across the street to Zippers and throw back some beers and a couple of shots. Trust me you’ll enjoy the conversations better than this food.

Ordered a pepperoni pizza and cheesy bread for pickup at 12:30pm on a Saturday. When I arrived at Brothers Pizza I find out through GrubHub that my order has been canceled. So I go inside to find out why… Turns out they were just now opening up even though their hours say they open at 11am.
The guys inside were rude and made it seem like it was my fault for ordering pizza at 12:30 in the afternoon… I went ahead and asked them to make the order since I was already there.
When I got home the garlic cheesy bread was a joke and the pizza did not taste fresh at all. I’m not a picky eater (especially when it comes to pizza) but I couldn’t even finish one slice of that pizza.
What a waste of $ 25 and my time. I will not order from this place again.

After waiting over 90 minutes for a delivery to me just down the street from them that was supposed to take only 45 minutes I called and cancelled. When I called to cancel, The guy said the driver was outside my door. BULLSHIT!
After waiting another 10 minutes I called back and another guy said the driver just left to bring my order. After another 10 minutes, still no delivery! Now, I’m literally just 10 DOORS away from them!
So, I called one more time to confirm my cancellation and of course, I was hung up on.
I’m sure glad I was paying with cash rather than a credit card.

Great pizza! The meatball pizza is awesome — their delivery is a bit slow but bedsides that it is a great place to get pizza.

Best Philly Cheese Steak in uptown, Possibly in all of Dallas. I love this sandwich. I order it with Jalapenos and pepperoni added. I call this a steak bomb. So good. I grew up in north east and we love steak sandwiches. This one is as good the old Newbury St Pizza ones i used to get there.
I lived in uptown at various times since 2001. Usually lived pretty close to Brothers Pizza. When i moved I used drive in from North Dallas to get the meatball pizza. They use the sliced meatballs.
They have pretty good cannoli also.
Good people and great local food find in Uptown.

OBSESSED with this pizza! I ordered two pizzas for my birthday party and everyone went nuts for it! My friends were all asking where they could to get this pizza from now on.
And I got to be the cool girl who «discovered» our new favorite pizza place! :)

Meh. Pizza was cold and average. My green peppers were cooked and served with a sticker label that was left on.

«Pizza by the slice!» is what the sign read in the window! One slice is all I needed to get by for a cheat meal. My car turned around, on its own and parked its self right out of the place.
This is a hidden little place, three blocks from 75 in uptown of Dallas. It’s a little hole in the wall joint. It’s literally behind a small convent store, 7 – 11 style.
Now there «by the slice pizza» is already 50% simi-​cooked. They add the toppings you want, and then finish cooking it. My slice was a pepperoni, and I added Canadian bacon, basil, and black olive. After getting the one slice, I threw on some red pepper flakes. It was tasty; I would give it a B to B plus.
Thought I would write a review, and then I thought, let’s see how they would do another time. I wanted to be fare
So I went back the next night. There was different staff on board this second night. I ordered a small whole pizza this second night. From scratch they prepared a small pizza with Canadian bacon, basil, and pineapple. After greeting this pizza to go and promptly sat down to tasty this little jewel. Sprinkled a few red pepper flakes. It was fantastic! The flavors were so tasty!
My vote, get whole pizza and share with some friends!
Now since it does not have a liquor license you could bring in a little something if you wanted.
Remember it’s a small place with only four little tables, and four bar stools. But, know this that they deliver also.
They also have other Italian dishes on the menu.
I would not send my mother there because of the location, but I would get another pizza from there!
