We cannot say enough good things about this school and their staff. Our son started as an infant and went through every classroom. He has learned so many things and most importantly was always looked after with the greatest of care. Bright Horizons is like a family and I would recommend this center to anyone looking for a place for their child to develop! Kudos to «Mr. Joe» and the Teachers of Bright Horizons, thank you for everything!

I’m writing this review after having a bad experience at this daycare — my 10 month old son attended this daycare for a month and it was by far the worst childcare experience we have had so far. The director and front desk staff are well mannered and seem like they want to care but at the end of the day I think they are too busy organizing events etc to be bothered about each child. Rather than going into specifics of how my son never adjusted into this daycare let me tell you why I found their infant classroom below average 1 high teacher turn over, poorly paid 2. Rude and almost I-could’t care less attitude by his class teacher Ms Princess, another infant teacher was smoker and I could smell smoke all over her scrubs 3. They did not help me/my son into a smooth start– every morning when I came to drop him off his teacher wouldn’t even say hi– just say something like«so you are going to cry all day again?» she did not take any initiative to make that transition easier for both of us… I tried to explain that if she could hold him outside of the class room at door and distract him for a few seconds he would be fine and I could leave in peace… only too late did they realize, by then my son had been crying himself all day long, did not take naps, became weak and exhausted and developed the worst ear infection so much so that we needed tubes, I took him out of bright horizons and we are so much happier At his new place… a 4. Also there is lack of open space except a tiny area at the back around car park(imagine all the fumes from 500 cars that go back and forth in the parking) and centre of the mall which has had construction going on… it’s dirty and noisy … I wish all you parents could stay away from this daycare and find better alternatives… sadly for parents who work at the PLaza this is very convenient… and with poor childcare facilities around downtown Dallas for many parents this is the most affordable option…
