I bought a $ 25 coupon through Dealfind. I called her a few times after first purchasing last November and did finally get a hold of her. She said she was booked and said she would call me back and didn’t. She never did return any of my calls when she said she would and never returned any of my voice mails. I finally got an appointment with her the day before New Years eve. I was just leaving my house when she called and cancelled. She said she would call me to reschedule. She didn’t. Shocking. I left a couple of messages on her voice mail. She didn’t return them. After that her voice mail is full. Her phone is now disconnected. My dealfind coupon expires in November 2012. But it sounds as if Body Wraps by Daphne is gone forever. Good riddance.

I purchased a deal through Funkey Deals. I’ve never heard back and have called and emailed multiple times to try and set my appointment. Now the mailbox has been full for a while. I tried to notify Funkey Deals and now their website is down, my email came back to me and I’ve left a voicemail with a phone number I found online through lots of digging.
Sounds like I’ll never see my massage or my money again.

I purchased a body wrap through Urban Dealight for $ 49. I tried for weeks to make the appointment. I left email and voice mail messages, but they were never returned. I don’t know if I made a mistake in letting her know up front that I purchased this already, but it doesn’t make sense why she would not return any of my messages. Regardless of the reason, I would have appreciated some sort of response. And I could not get any recourse through Urban Dealight so I am now out $ 49. So I cannot speak to her services, but never will be able to do so as I will never use either of these companies again.

Horrible customer service! Daphne is extremely rude!
She made me drive all the way out there and sit outside her office for over a half an hour. I kept calling her. She finally called back, called me by a different name, and told me that she called me the day prior to cancel my appointment. Nope. She said she left a message. Nope.
That could have been an honest mistake, except for the fact that she adamantly kept claiming she was right. She wouldn’t concede the fact that she possible called the wrong number. She didn’t even know my name! She called me someone else on the phone! Waste of time and gas money.
There is no reason to be so rude, irresponsible, and to lose appointments.
DON’T EVER GO HERE!
If you want a good wrap, check out Amethyst Body Wraps. They are incredible and they will get all my $$$$$.

Daphne herself is very friendly and welcoming and she made me feel very relaxed. She seems to genuinely enjoy what she does and she was great at it!
The wrap itself went very well for me. I lost 15 inches total (sum of loss all over the body) and could really notice it in my stomach and hip area — my dress that I wore in definitely felt looser. The wrap was not too hot, which has been my main complaint with other wraps I’ve done, and the location is quiet enough that I fell asleep for awhile. My skin is softer now that it’s been a few hours since I finished, and I think the inches are staying away :)
