Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Store Clerk charged my credit card $ 8876.00 for an $ 82.00 bowl, then after I discovered the huge mistake, called them & was finally offered 20% discount for the mistake. Then 3 days later, they call back & say they can no longer offer the 20% discount because it was an honest mistake… a mistake that I had to catch and caused me and my family a lot of grief over the holidays. Way to keep it «classy» at Blue Dahlia!
